I would highly recommend this place, it is a peaceful and tranquil place too just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet this is a haven away from home that is seneric and captivating with silence and the apartments are neat clean and suits the needs of every age from kids to adults thank you to the owners and friendly staff my family enjoyed our stay

Nowhere near the standard we were expecting. So many items need attention that it is very unlikely they would ever remedy the situation. Would definitely not return nor recommend this to any fellow traveller.

I made a booking for a friend who was traveling from Johannesburg. When he arrived at Jessicas he was refused entry. This was between 22:00 and 22:30. We were told that check ins closed at 21:00. It caused us frustration because as much as the check in times are stipulated there are factors that are beyond a travellers control. Terrible service to say the least. The guy just told us that there are no keys to the booked room. He had no humanity at all. As long as they have the money with them they dont care about travellers!!

Stayed here sometime in 2019 and decided to book again this year. I made a booking with management and to my dismay found out I may have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.I contacted the management team today and enquired about their policy on refunds and found extreme joy to be told that they would refund the full amount with no penalties. I highly recommend this establishment for their location,service and professionalism.

I was very disappointed with the place, the owner was not friendly at all. The place was completely different to what was advertised on their page, it was ugly and of a poor standard. Their bedding was dark n it didnt look clean at all and yet on their page they showing white bedding. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone coz what you see is not what you get

Jessicas bed and breakfast is delightful, the staff are helpful and the living area is immaculate, i will definitely recommend it and it has free wifi with Netflix!

The place was so homey and we had lot of privacy and it was very clean, it was easy to get to the beach and mall. the garden is so beautiful.

The place was nice and peaceful, except for the filthy smell in the family room provided, our bags were left unpacked due to that smell, sleeping couch was also having a filthy smell, bedding was not clean on arrival we had to request it to be changed the next morning, otherwise the garden is beautiful during the day and a honestly scary in the evening due to overcrowding of trees and flowers. To me that place needs some upgrades since it looks like an old house which needs some touch ups. Everything looks old , the worst is the filthy smell in cupboards, of which describes it as unhygienic. Would recommend the host undergo hospitality workshops with regards to handle customer/ guests complains,bcz when raising our complains instead of apologising he prefers to be defensive and becomes angry, of which leads guests to be uncomfortable. Truly speaking this was the our first worst 💔 experience when visiting umhlanga compares to other places we have visited before, we like umhlanga since it has up standards ,bt Jessicas doesnt fit 😷👎

No. No . I will not recommend this place . The place is filthy and the bathroom is crammed , and the kichen supplies are old and dirty everything is discusting and its unpleasant to live in . The pillows are crammed and the beds are hard . Most of the furniture is damaged and it smells I am absolutely disgusted.
