Quality is pathetic...I took my wife there for mani n pedi and gel nails...they said it would last about 2 weeks ...the very nxt day the nails started falling off.i complained they redone it n yet again the nails fell off but this time the same day 3 hrs later. We looked past that n I took my son n nephew there for a haircut..which the incompetent hairdresser messed up his hair.this place is unprofessional and they lack the basic qualifications obviously because it seems like they just employing anybody and are taking chances ...I will NEVER GO BACK THERE FOR ANYTHING AGAIN..stay clear of this place if you like things done professionally.

Did the RegimA facial. Absolutely loved it.. my skin looks and feels amazing. Got a head neck and shoulder massage as well which felt like a deep tissue massage.. she was so good. Definitely recommend them!

Even though I was late, when I arrived, they hadnt set up our massage station. The heater wasnt turned on. They hadnt prepared the towels. The place was cold and didnt look like what I expected from a massage place. We werent asked what pressure we wanted. No Introductions. They did try to add more massage time but I dont think Ill come again.

Visited this place sometime in May with my mom and sister as I had planned a pamper day with them... was absolutely disappointed with their service. The receptionist Sumaya was very unprofessional and rather arrogant on the phone when I called in. Upon arrival, the staff were unaware of what we had booked in for even though it was detailed telephonically. We were the first appointments and it seemed the place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The lady who did my hair was a trainee and it was her first day of training and she was asked to wash and set my hair. I had a head and neck massage during which oils were massaged into my scalp...this was not washed out of my hair during my wash and set. My hair was oily and had an odour after the wash... she set my hair using a hairdryer instead of a flat iron which I had requested. I enquired about her incompetence and lack of skill, she had explained that she was there on training and had started the same morning. My scalp was badly burnt afterwards and sore to the touch.The whole experience was literally an ordeal. I decided to post this as even now4 months on, my scalp has not healed completely. When making payment I had to settle an exorbitant bill which was not broken down.... very disappointing indeed.

After having a awful experience at another salon. It took me 11 months to go to a salon. So after many years I revisted spoil yourself in the bluff. The ambiance in this place has never changed. The staff are always so friendly and love what they do. I booked the half day spa and ended up doing a few extra treatments. From start to finish the staff where amazing. I loved every moment of it. This place makes you feel like youre at home and you are apart of the family. What I admire about this place is how the staff treat clients who are in the same profession as them. Well done to Aunty Pat and Safia for training the staff well. The owners are warm and make sure they clients are taken care of and treat they staff equally. Situated in a safe area.

Definitely worth the gel mani price. Visiting from Cape Town where nails are quite pricey this was easy on the pocket. The place itself needs a bit of a makeover as furniture and salon equipment looks like they pass their sell by date. If those things dont bother you, then this is the place for you.

I used to go there for threading and waxing. They are good at that.Dont expect to see your Therapist on time, I normally had to wait a long time even though I made appointments.Place could also be cleaner...

I was waiting to pay at the counter and nobody was there. I was the first person in queue to pay and decided to wait a few minutes. An Indian couple joined the queue for payment as well. Then the lady who was meant to be at the counter returned, and served the Indian couple behind me even though it was blatantly obvious that I was first in the queue. I cannot believe that I was treated like rubbish on the basis of the color of my skin. I will never set foot in that place again, id rather go to sorbet even though the service is double the cost, the premium comes with the service. I will never recommend this place to anybody, and its not because of the shoddy workmanship of the nails but its the racial discrimination that I found unbelievably unbearable. It is because of people/businesses like this that South Africa does not progress.

I bought a voucher which allowed me to pay 50% off my next visit. When I did my treatment today I was told that my treatment was not 50% as I had misunderstood. Funny enough the technicians know what I am talking about only the receptionist seems to be lost or maybe taking a chance with me...

Was taken in for a foot massage and pedicure but was really horrified at their standards.. only one pedi egg used amongst the clients. They were then going to used a hand grater (kitchen utensil) on our feet..never again..

Had a deep cleansing facial and my face looks brand new - much clearer and radiant! I dont think they change their towels very often. Good service though.

Will never go back again...My nails were coming off the next day!!maybe if I had just walked in like other people did and got service I maybe would have got sorted out but I phoned and were not helpful at all....the whole place is like a farmyard!!! Over all it was a pleasing experience. They do hair and finger nails really well, but I was a little disappointed with the toe nails because it looked messy and rushed and had to have them redone. I was still not happy with the outcome of my toe nails but loved my hair and fingers nails.

Definitely wont go back. Been there a few times. A few years ago for matric dance makeup and tanning and recently for an emergency dye job. The makeup wasnt too bad but the general cattiness amongst the women are ridiculous. While doing my make-up the make-up artist spoke badly about the others and this was in 2013. Their tanning area was atrocious and a hazard zone. More recently with my emergency dye job; I was a later in the evening client due to work. I understand that everyone is tired, but good customer service should always be there. The hair stylist didnt even brush out my hair and ripped my knots out. I had to hold the tears. She even sarcastically said You much hate me now. While there an argument broke out between two employees and they aired their dirty laundry right in front of me. I just sat quietly and prayed to go home. As this stylist was dying my hair she kept complaining about it being late and wanting to go home. (She still had 45 mins left before they officially close). I felt awkward and uncomfortable and had to hold my tears. Seems like nothing has changed from 2013 - 2018. Spoil yourself ? More like torture yourself!

Wasnt to happy with my nails... they all broke a day later... went back to the salon they fixed it but a day later the same thing happen... wont be back again until they buy proper supplies from proper stores and not china mall😒

I would not even put one star. My experience with this establishment was far from pleasant. During my so called relaxing massage I was subjected to hearing people going to the toilet, listening to blow dryers blaring and people screaming and talking. The therapist knew nothing about giving a massage. In short I felt I was in a zoo than in a place of being spoilt. Management promised to render feedback as to why I has such a horrible experience but I am yet to hear from them. Parking is not secure. If looking for a place of tranquility and peace I would recommend extreme caution in making a booking here - it is a waste of time and money.

Review on Salon Spoil Yourself: I went and had my hair cut in March at the Chatsworth branch whereby the Lady completely spoilt my hair. When contacted the owner of the salon she assured me a full wash cut and set after inspection. When time of inspection comes I am inspected by one of her staff members who says that in order for me to have the cut I require I will have to come in for trims first because my hair is all uneven lengths. When I was ready to do my first trim/cut I called the owner Pat, she tells me that I have to now cut my hair at their Bluff branch because her Chatsworth branch have closed down. Finally I make my way over to the Bluff branch and after I sit down I am advised by one of the employees that only my CUT is free and I will have to pay for the wash and set! I asked to speak to the owner that is Pat and the lady further advises me that Pat is in a meeting and cannot take my call. It was around 7:30pm on a Wednesday night, it is very unlikely that someone who is in a meeting have the time to chat and reply to my messages via WhatsApp but could not take me call. Also I had made many arrangements in advance before going through to the salon for my cut so I should have been informed earlier about paying for the wash and set. It is pretty obvious that if u are doing a re-cut, a set have to go with it in order to have the desired look. I did do the wash and set which I PAID for, and After the set the stylist had 1 or 2 very small amendments but still those amendments were imperative in order for my hair to look even and good on both sides and those amendments were only made visible once my hair was settled . This was one of the worst experiences of my life and certainly dont recommend anyone to any of the Spoil yourself salons! The owner is an absolutely unprofessional person who cannot live up to her words.
