What a disappointment, i rock up for my appointment which i made a week ago only to be told that SORRY WE ARE FULLY BOOKED, WE CALLED YOU THIS MORNING BUT YOUR PHONE WAS OFF. This lady even has the to tell me to try next door, did i make an appoint with their next door? They really let me down dont think i will go thereAgain

Not enough space between the two rows where they have the nail technicians, such that if they seat you in the first one, all other clients and technicians constantly bump you. They certainly need to rethink the layout for that as well as social distancing if theyre going to continue to operate in these times of Covid19.

Gets a little chaotic because of the amount of clients being in a small space but I was very happy with how my nails turned out. May benefit from 2 or more chairs for clients to sit while they are waiting to be helped
