I go here for my regular grooming. So far, so good. Nails done by Trish, waxing done by Mandy. I look forward to getting to know the rest of the staff.

I am disgusted with the way I have been treated by both the owner Michelle her employees at this salon. Went in for the blowout special as suggested but the owner herself. Asked to add a trim and a deal was arranged. The hairdresser Teesha botched the haircut. I asked for the owner to quietly let her know my dissatisfaction but her staff lied that she was not in. When the owner called me she said her staff wont lie because she was in her office, implying I am the liar. So I left and contacted her privately so as not to make a scene in front of other clients. As a woman I support other woman businesses. However, after sending her proof of the damage done and her defending her staff as opposed to understanding my complaint, I was told I will not receive a refund. I had to go to De Malas in the Phoenix plaza and pay twice for the exact same deal in order to fix her hairdressers mistake.

First time customer, will definitely be a regular here. Thanks for the amazing service.

1is too many stars to be rated for a place that treated me as if I had some kind of disease then publicly questioned me about my condition and I entertained the person when I realised she wasnt going to back off.Then they mess up my nails and I request to have them undone at my cost of course but they point blank refused and allowed me to leave their premises in tears. I am the owner of an international shipping company. I believe in excellence. I know that not everybody dis equipped to deliver excellence but at least treat your clients like human beings. I would never dream of letting a client walk out crying but these people were ruthless

Ive visited this store and they promised to charge me a certain price but double charged me, however when I called the store owner Michelle, shes a rude person including her daughter, speaks a lot of lies, I would never ever step foot in this salon
