Best place to get your hair done and great friendly service

I went to the salon with my son. He had his hair also done. The stylist messed up his side burns - one was narrow and the other wide. I had to point it out to her - she tried to fix it.For my hair - I had 2 pics of color and cut that I shared with the stylist. To which she was enthusiastic about and she approved off. I was asked when last did I color my hair and what color was used and I replied about 3 weeks ago and garnier dark quartz was used. She colored my hair. The color did not catch on and only the roots was done. With a color that looked more like blond than anything close to what I asked. Then I was further questioned about when I had my hair colored and was made to feel like I lied all because the color did not catch onto all my hair. She suggested highlights and I refused at first and she convinced me that she has been in her profession for 35 years and that it will rectify the damage her mistake and that I cant walk out of her salon with my hair looking the way it was. To rectify her mistake I was informed that I would need to pay an added R200 on top of the R500 for a full hair color that did not happen - my roots was only done and the cut. I agreed. After all the highlights during a blow dry I was asked whether or not I could see the color and because I could not. She made it a point that if my hair was straightened I would. At the same time very arrogantly informing me that she lost out today on doing my hair because she had to correct the damage I did to it all because I used a box color at home and that it was a lot of work for her to fix it.Lost out on what?! I paid R500 for a full hair color that YOU messed up with when my roots was only covered and a cut and another R200 for YOUR suggestion to rectify YOUR mistake and then to have my hair straightened instead of it looking like the pic below.You may have 35 years of experience cutting hair but when doing my hair yesterday you clearly had no idea what you were doing. Is it a habit of yours to blame your clients for the damage you do to their hair and charge them ontop of it?! You were a one man show running around doing alittle here alittle there doing 5 peoples hair. I did not come to your salon with 2 pics to have my hair messed up and for YOU to blame me.A professional would have easily understood what to do even if I had my hair colored 3 weeks ago and if the color was not right for my hair A PROFESSIONAL would have said so before they touched my hair with any color!!!!!!My suggestion - please go for a refresher course to stay updated on your 35 years of experience.Very disappointed as I had high expectations coming to your salon- my hair was done by you for my wedding in 2010 and I loved it then - I had trusted you to do the same. You obviously have lowered your standards since then!I wont come to your salon ever again.
