My experience with The Wax Pot was an interesting one. I purchased a wide range of products from the at the Professional Beauty Expo and the next day when i tried to use my wax pot, i realized that the plug did not fit into a stand 2 pin. I contacted the supplier Husna who went out of her way to make sure i received the adaptor for the pot. I made use of the products i purchased and was very impressed with quality of both the wax heaters i bought. The waxs as well were of a superior quality than others i used before. This is a range of products i will definitely make use of again. Their strip wax is very easy to use and not messy to work with. The non strip wax was also great. Very gentle on the skin and does not leave a sticky residue that most wax leaves on your skin. I am quite happy with the manner in which my complaint about the plug was handled and would like to give extra credit to Husna who called me and kept in the loop about the adaptor even though i got annoyed with her, she was still professional and friendly. 👍
