Israel, the shop assistant was soooo helpful and friendly. He even gave me directions over the phone when I was lost and couldn’t find the shop. I had a great experience!

Was told i could not come in and purchase sale items and i would need to pre order, pay and collect at a later stage. I rather order online from H/Q with delivery than ordering online from you waiting forever and driving all the way to Durban to collect. Due to your lack of interest in business and your excuses that you still unpacking and you dont have all sale items in stock your store has lost a R3000 sale. Poor excuse of service delivery.

Prices were higher than online price like the resin nail glue showed R45 and at the store was R75
