The lady behind the table was nice but did not help or advise us or even say hello. The beads are nice and the products are good but the customer service is not great and honestly slaking
Terrible experience with this company, after placing an order via WhatsApp end of August, I had to follow up a few times, the lady came back to me in October, but she never processed the order, really bad experience from this shop, I dont think this is a way to treat your customers.
