Bought a water purifier with tap from cobra. Tap leaks and should have a 10 year guarantee. Have spoken to a few people with regards same. They promised to get back to us but no go. Very disappointed in cobra after sales service

Bought cobra calysto R2500 10 year gaurantee taps from SAFFER only to find out that after 8years that these taps are gauranteed only for their bodies & not the cartridges. why bluff us with this long guarantee 10 years. say 1 year will be better.HARDWARE EXPRESS40 BRICKFIELD ROAD
