Lovely atmosphere

Wide range of sanware, taps, etc. Prices to suit your budget as well as all the top end stuff. Great advice, assistance and service always. I never go anywhere else. PS: always keep your receipt just in case, you need to go back. Parking can be a problem but its just the way that entire area is.

Poor service and knowledge of their products when return to resolve grumpy old man says customers are not right ....grumpy moody disrespectful old man never listen but wants to tell you whats right if i given correct fittings and info i would not take my time off to go and deal with people like this ...when purchasing all was good even accommodated closing a lil later for my purchase but go back to tell them there is a problem you an anwser before you ask a question.. my lesson learnt dont waste time with little hardwares that dont value customers rather just go to big stores like Builders warehouse etc they treat with respect mainly and will solve your issues ..

Macdale may be a convenient and ok-priced supplier however they supply NO security in their parking area outside - the car guards wearing hi-visibilty vests are not theirs - and the Macdale staff have NO regard for their customers safety, their goods, or their vehicles and its contents. I have twice been the victim of the rogues in their parking lot with a tough luck, shrug of the shoulder attitude from ALL Macdale staff. One member of staff today said I am the only person it has happened to ... really???!When one of their customers saw my obvious distress, he had the kindness to ask me what had happened, if there was anything he could do and offered me a very welcome bottle of water. Only on seeing this interaction did a staff member come out of the shop and engage with this customer - not me - only to confirm that they had NO car guards for their clients and that these are rogues who have been known to even steal the tools out of your car while parked there!!!! Please be aware when next you shop there - there is NO SECURITY provided by Macdale - NO car guards, NO cctv, NO warning signs and they do not give a damn. I will not be back.
