CTM is tucked away at the end of a long road alongside the Mgeni River (access from Springfield Road). I did not know it was there but am glad I discovered it. Took my 80 year old Mom there to view bathroom renovation wares. What patience Nellie showed - thanks Nellie. A good range of goods, and the prices were quite reasonable.

Layout of displays are in a way that makes it difficult to compare and get the image of what you want. All items are well labeled, easy to take note of your choice once made

Waited extremely long for service in store. Then waited extremely long for dispatch. Brought items that I said would be collected by the tiler. A day later I find out that the loaded item was incorrect and much larger than the one I paid for or would fit. Now I Must return all the way.

I love ctm, but this one from springfield needs a person to have a car. I got what i wanted anyways.

Great store. Very modern. Only reason I gave them 1 star short is because they dont give discounts on purchases compared to Malls Tiles for example. Otherwise, good variety, a little more expensive than their counterparts.

Terrible service one of the guys was attending to me and left me to answer a telephone call , he spoke for almost 30 minutes and I could not wait any longer so I left the store without doing any purchases and will not recommend this branch to anyone

Five star service ... just like the good old days when service was king! Store assistants are knowledgeable about their products and enthusiastic to help. Impressively clean.Best part: they kept the doors open way past the weekday closing time of 5pm without even showing any need to rush the few customers remaining in store.

Their service is bad its not even funny. I paid for delivery and when they came to deliver some of the material I paid for was not delivered. I called three times and left messages for the manager. There was no response from the manager. I called the fourth time and I was told, that its hectic, they will try and request the driver to deliver my material. I was told that, I can come collect my material and put it in my car. Funny how they took money for delivery now I must drive to CTM to collect my material.......

The offer a ride if you are walking on intersite Avenue when you get to the securities. Staff is helpful, and the have tables and chairs to rest. The also have people around if you do not have a specific person for say a tiling job. Their quotes are comprehensive with every bit of material you will need.

Not organized and cheeky staff , as a contractor i will not recommend my clients to use there services again , incomplete quotations,contractors spending on their behalf for items left out . We work on a strong first come first serve senario and they would rather serve small payment clients than to satisfy clients that have already paid big amounts .

Salespersons greet you at the door, then may follow you around the store to assist with your purchase. Should the salesperson drop you along the way, you may have difficulty in finding them again. Just pick up another salesperson to assist.

This store needs to improve on customer service, waited 15minutes still no one came to help us had to go to the cashier to get help. Very disappointing on level 3 people should be hungry for sales.

Wonderful reception from a gentleman named Patrick & he truly made my shopping very easy. As a lady its a mission to know these things e.g. what pipes are screws are needed when installing something. Options on which tile would match with which, which bathroom accessories would compliment my bath or shower etc. Both card & cash is accepted, wide range of basic taps, tiles etc are found here perfect for start up homes.

The service at CTM, Springfield was pathetic. Your salesperson Sanele was very arrogant. The two times that i queried prices of the items i wanted to purchase, he was quite rude with me and left me waiting at the till to answer his phone . I was left waiting needlessly and the excuse was that i did not understand what I was doing. if i could put zero stars i would.

Apology accepted but for a big company this is totally unacceptable. And people think small companies are bad. Floor Manager totally unhelpful.UPDATE: Richard the main manager resolved matter. Thats how business should work

They have moved onto a new premises, further on from where they were previously. Service personnel are always dashing between customers, so you may end up with a different person than when you walked into the shop.

Not a single sales person asked if I needed assistance. But otherwise a good showroom. Limited choice though.

Such disappointing service. The store seems to be short of staff to help and administer requests. I ordered a part when I visited the store in May, called back 4 times over the next 2months and never got a call back or the part. Its Sept and Im still waiting. Fortunately I went to CTM Umhlanga and they got the part in about 10 days!
