This place is one of those place one should visit in Durban. Clean bathrooms, the only food they sell is chips and chicken. Very chilled and vibey atmosphere

Reggae/Caribbean Island themed bar with reasonably priced food and drinks, laid back patrons and good reggae music. If you dont like the smell of cannabis, this is not the place for you as patrons are allowed to smoke Marijuana on the premises.

If you like a laid back night or if you are a raggae fan then this is the place. It has a vibe of its own and a cool place to wind up. Great place for tourists and local visitors. They have a drum session on Thursday which has become a tradition where people bring drums and play in rhythm.

Most chilled out place in Durban to grab a beer. Live music on the evening we were there. Relaxed and secure atmosphere where you are made to feel welcome.

Awesome experience and vibe. Went to watch a reggae band perform. Was a lot of fun! Stage was outside which helps because it gets very hot and stuff inside. They host the live acts in a back section of the bar that you pay separately to get in. Even had a few market stalls up during this gig. Cool setting, in the middle of town, gives you a true Durban/South African experience.

Cool Runnings is a calm and chilled spot that you can chill with your friends, local or international. Even from other provinces. The reggae music mixed with hip hop, rnb etc. The drum night on Thursday night makes even more interesting because it allows everyone to beat a drum and take out their frustration and the sound all together is breath taking.

Unfortunately I wasnt allowed to take pics there last night, Thursday nights at 9 they hold drum circles..love the vibe, very relaxed and chilled. People are quite friendly. The place is pretty much safe, theres always someone from some other place in the world.. note to self: bring along drums or shakers with my next drum circle visit.. its also quite fun to dance to the drums.

This is cool , great place for natural people, not fancy but so real Rastafari setup. If you love Bob Marley then thats the place to be. I will call again and again.

Cool place located behind everything else, but cool.

My experience here was terrible. The security has no respect for women. The interior is so dirty. Smoking area is infested with cockroaches and rats. Toilet stinks so bad and they try to cover the odour with disinfectants, which makes the smoking area unbearable. They need to clean up

Chilled jamaica style Place. Pool and bar in the front. There is another bar and a Dancefloor in the back. They have an outdoor area as well. The drum circle on Thursdays is very Popular.

Best bar ever, if you love reggae and Dagga, this is the place. They normally have shows at the back called Retro Bizzar every last Sunday of the month.
