Staff are not friendly and fail to follow simple instructions despite me sending an email and calling. Prices of items and printing are quite high as well.

Absolutely unhappy with the service I received today. The sales assistant was very unhelpful. After spending R360,00 in the store Im definitely not going back. Such a shame that we have a store like this in Umhlatuzana but due to bad service we need to drive all the way to Pavilion. I was the only customer in the store. Wonder how the sales assistant would behave when they are busy.

One of the very few Party/Video/Signage stores open everyday until 8pm!, really helps when you need something at the last minute. Customer service was excellent and fast!.Toys where priced at industry standard and good quality instead of those cheap chinese toys. If you want good quality then go to these stores!

Always a pleasurable experience, great range of party supplies and most convenient balloon supplier around. Will definitely recommend.

The staff is very rude and dont assist and they also very expensive..the owner needs to teach the staff how to deal with customers and also be helpful and have a smile on there face.. I wont be going back to purchase anything from there

What nonsense. People get paid to assist you when you go there. Yesterday, I paid R22-00 over and above my amount because their worker gave their assistance. Be careful of this. Dont get scammed. When do you go in a shop and if their worker helps you, you pay them.

Terrible place.. Their password system is weak. If they forget to ask you for a password you can put movies on anyones name. I went there to hire a movie only to find out that Im owing them fines for movies I never took. Staff is also very rude. When you try to explain to them they dont accept that they made a mistake and treat you as if you are liar and denying as If anyone cant afford a small fine. Who would argue over a small fine when they could just pay it.

I agree with PatSai. I went lastweek and was charged R18 extra and when I enquiried about it, was advised that o because one of their staff helped me out when I didnt even ask for help. I thought they were just doing their job. So before you get their help, find out how much you will paying towards their salary for their job. Thats true, its the first time you go into a shop like that where they have an internet cafe or printing facilities and when utilizing their assistance, the customer pays for that on top of your bill. Very shocked!!!

The service is amazing also the shop is neat and tidy always. Its my one stop place for party things and movies.

The staff is very unfriendly .The store has a ridiculous return policy. Image hiring 2 movies at 7 pm and returning it the next day by 11am. Its ridiculous as many of us are working class people.
