I looked for a frozen Elsa dress everywhere and was ref to Costume carnival. Service was excellent as they managed to get the correct products and perfect size really happy with the services n products. My kids love their dresses.

Wow, wow, wow!!! After being dropped by another company I contacted Costume Carnival after hours on a Saterday afternoon looking for outfits for a Costume birthday party. And they came back to the shop 3 hours AFTER trading hours to help. That is what I call customer service!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Costume Carnival

Staff are helpful and friendly and most of the time you end up finding what you are looking for or something close. Its just a shame most of the adult costumes are a bit old, and slightly damaged.

Decent but needs a bigger space with more of a viewing area. Very cramped

Customer service is pathetic and they are the most incompetent people to ever work with. They double book costumes out, have no idea how to run business. They make you wait for service while they take their private calls.
