The cakes are absolutely delicious!! Beautifully decorated and Zolita was so accommodating with our requirements. Have also had biscuits made there which the kids at the party adored!

Avoid at all costs. Not only did she decided to do her own thing and change the wedding cake we ordered completely, she then had the check to argue that she put in more work and blame us for it.We were so embarassed of the cake we hid it away from our wedding guests

Thank you Zolita for baking and decorating our dads phenomenal 84th birthday cake. The golden touch of acorns and oak leaves on the 2-tiered masterpiece, was not only beautiful to look at,but it told a story of our dads phenomenal life as well. The vanilla and strawberry fillings, and the tastiest sponge made the cake divine. Thank you for making a plan for us to pick it up from Union Square. We will not only highly recommend Zolita, but we will be back for more of your amazing creations.

VEGAN WEDDING CAKE-17 Aug 2019I arranged a tasting (Aug 2018) to confirm flavours & decoration ideas for my wedding (17 Aug 2019) cake. Zolita & I confirmed: vegan, 3 tier, 3 flavours & essence of my cake decoration. I said she could be creative if she kept the essence of us in mind. She was thrilled with that.Id have bn happy to give 3/4 stars despite my cake only being 1 flavour. I am happy to give credit where its due-the decoration of the cake was amazing!When I went through today to pick up the cakes, I walked in and greeted both Zolita & the other lady. Both greeted back. The other lady asked if she could help and I said I was there to collect my cakes. Zolita walked up to the counter, picked them up, asked if I was okay to carry them, to which I said yes, handed them to me & she opened the door for me & closed it behind me. Yes, she had apologised for the mistake via e-mails & the fact she offered to (& did) make the additional cakes in the correct flavours, is appreciated.HOWEVER, not 1 word in the store so sorry again; I hope you enjoy these cakes;. MANNERS...even if you are busy. 1 star is therefore sufficient.

A sad experience this afternoon..R40 for a mug of instant coffee & a slice of dry crumbly obviously stale cake..The manageress just greets & acknowledges my husband ,asks him how he likes his coffee & wishes him a pleasant afternoon.. not even a glance in my direction..Went in to check out their service & menue but wont be back..Very sad service indeed 😰
