BEST CAKES/PASTERIES EVER.THE BROWNIES ARE TO DIE FOR
Im sorry, but I have to award the cake in 3 stars.When the bakery was smaller, before the centre was renovated, the range of cakes were far better.But after renovations the selection of cakes are dismal to say the least. Went in expecting a sumptuous selection of cakes, left with dry rolls and disappointment. The there was nothing much except some mundane looking donuts, and a lone chocolate square.Gone are the days of the mighty Custard tart and legendary cheese cake.Clearly a case where its progress at the expense of authenticity.Not on cake inn.
A staff member, Shobana, gossips and talks long unnecessary stories in front of the customers with other customers that she knows. Doesnt care if people can hear the conversation. Takes too long to serve the other customers due to her chit-chat. Service from this woman is unprofessional and terrible!I will not go to this store nor recommend anyone else if their service and attitude stinks the way it does! Leave gossip for after hours. Concentrate on your job as people pay for the service. You are not doing anyone a favour!
Worst customer service, the guy on counter is the owner and is absolutely arrogant, I just was checking why he charged so much for stuff I bought, he has no respect whatsoever, he needs to go on a course to learn about dealing with customers, in a polite decent way, for him its all about money, will never go there again, very disappointing,Mrs SinghShallcross

The Cake Inn Bakery is not just a bakery but its the best bakery to buy from their baking is perfect the use the original version of the mixture in the cakes they also have a great collection of fresh sweet meats in case you need to do your prayers from A to Z. I love it the. You should pay them a visit.
