Nice little store with fresh baked goods daily. The store supports home industry bakers and cakes are great. The chiffon cake and bee stings are delicious l! The best seller is their custard caramel cake.

My husband generally buys cakes from here and their cakes are always fresh and delicious however today I accompanied him and was so surprised by the store assistants attitude. My husband asked if a cake was carrot cake and she just said no without even telling us what it is, my husband then had to ask again what is it and was then only responded to. I honestly felt like not buying the cake because of how rude she was. Customer service is so important and as much as the cakes are so good the service today was horrible. My sister also bought from here on a separate occasion and said she also experienced this.

It was Total rip off. The most important part of a childs birthday is the cake. The customised cake and cupcakes we order were not fresh, with a baking powder after taste. Over priced for such cheaply made products. And the cherry on top, the orders clerk and the baker are flat our rude. No telephone etics. Wat experience of my life👎

Convenient cake shop with lots of variety. Its a lot more easier than ordering directly from an instagram account and having to chat to some, theyre open regular business hours. They also take orders with a minimum notice period and they have Muslim /halal options which is obviously great!

The cakes are divine, but the communication for clients service is very poor, you have to call the cell number so many times to try and get assistance for ordering :(

Bought a tray of milktarts from something special to use for an event. Milktart cream tasted sour even though i was told it was fresh. How am i supposed to return something if it was used for an event and that was the complaint I received? Please check your products before putting it on your shelf. Extremely disappointed!!

Went in yesterday 28.9.17. There was mildew on the one cake and the women still asked if id like to purchase it! I still thought that maybe some other cakes would be all right (they were recommended by a friend). I purchased a cake for a birthday party lastnight. The cake was so stale! It was awful! I was so embarrased! I did ask the lady whether it was fresh before that. Will never go back here!!!
