Staff in the manufacturing section did have a mask on but it was pulled down either under nose or under chin, I brought this to the attention of a lady in the office, she admitted that staff should have their mask on at all times, pointed out to staff members, she did not address the staff but merely went back into the office.Hygiene is a priority when handling food but in this case even with Covid, staff were not interested. This happen on Sunday evening on the 10ļ/06/2021 at around 5pm

I just bought a muffin from ultracity umvoti spar. I took a small bite and only the surface is cooked...the rest is just batter. There is no excuse, its not that tricky to fully bake a muffin.

Purchased Pancake cakes at the Pick & Pay garage shop in Reservoir hills, Mountbatten Drive. BOTH trays of cakes were stale. Not what one would expect from P&P. Up your standards as you mentioned on your website.

Purchased Choc Cake Loaves.....the cake had a big piece of stick in it which was very sharp and the cake tasted very bitter i called pan bake to complain about the purchased the owner said to me he will send me feed back he never get back to me Its going over a week now and he never call me or give me feed back im sending him messages... hes reading it no responds very bad service and he been the owner he dunno how to give service to a customer and this is such a service matter

Nice buns and rolls

They have very tasty cakes and biscuits . The same that are found at local shops you would find here . They sell it at a cheaper price as they bake it . They are open 24 hours . They are in the Roopunandhs building at the back . The pathway to get in is small only one can fit to go and come . That should be changed and you would not know about them unless someone tells , as there is no board or anything . They need to advertise . All the cakes and biscuits are freshly baked.

Purchased a pack of 6 Portuguese Rolls at Knowles Spar today 24 -04-2015Baked by Panbake.To call them Portuguese Rolls is very misleading, they taste as if they were made with cake flour !To camouflage them with flour does not make them Portuguese Rolls! Has the Baker ever been to Mozambique? I have and therefore feel that I can tell that there is a vast difference between your Rolls and those baked in Mozambique.I feel very strongly about this as I have yet to find a decent Portuguese Roll anywhere outside Mozambique.The closest was Lady Bake at Sandys Centre Pinetown.My rating therefore is Nil.
