Was walking towards Cinnabon and got a shock😲. The cleaner was moping the floor. She then, using the same mop, moped the table😨. Hows that for hygiene? Unfortunately I didnt get my phone out in time to take an in-the-act photo🙁.

12 Jun 2020. Purchased 6 mini cinnabons at R40. Old & dry. Very dissapointed. Tried to call but call gets cut

Very small and cozy, you can never go wrong with cinnabon. Definitely try the drinks there.

We have always loved coming here, but this time Im disappointed. Please get something to keep your items you sell warm because it was horrible.

Wish I could give no stars for this, bought large cinnabons and found somebodys disgusting hair in it(probably a nose hair) it was in the actual roll not just placed on the top so if I didnt cut into it I wouldve never seen it!!!! Complained to the owner over the phone she couldnt care less about the situation, they promise to keep customers satisfied but thats just lies even the cashiers are so rude and have attitudes. The owner said she will get back to me but completely ignored my messages and calls because I said I want my money back. After a few days she just sends a voucher for those tiny cinnabons yet I bought the large ones???? Absolutely pathetic you guys are, will never go back there. So keep enjoying hairy cinnabons everybody....

Really wish I could give a zero rating for the cinnabon pavilion. Ordered a chocolate cinnabon and it was looking extremely dry. I enquired about it and the staff where rude and really were not willing to help me at all.
