Undoubtedly the worst company to deal with, no replies to emails, called umgeni and brickfield stores both said we will call me back still waiting. . So I take it they do not need the money.

Excellent service and great quality, all equipment for my restaurant was delivered in brand new condition as promised.

Terrible experience they have an online presence, they take forever to respond. Give you a number to call and when you hold on the lady screams and puts the phone down. I can imahine their products if this is how they treat customers.

My daughter bought an oven last week Saturday 24/10/2020 at Umgeni Caterquip. Arriving at Queenstown we discovered that it has only two legs. We took a photo and shared with them. As family we are not happy with the way the handled this query. My daughter just called and they kept her holding on line🤭

Very quick to say they can only place the order once payment received - service appeared good initially but when they cannot deliver the endless the item ordered the delay tactics in refunding you is appalling! SHADY bunch of people (Junaid & Simone are shocking - instead of talking on the phone they leave the receiver on the table so they can laugh and joke while you wait and wait and still nobody has the decency to answer you.

Bought a pie warmer last month, one week later the light stopped working and 3 weeks later the oven stopped heating. Shop is cluttered products look reject and of poor quality. When I complained that it’s brand new and stopped working I got told they will fix it at a cost. Poor service, rubbish goods!
