Sadly, it pains me to say that Bibis service delivery has rapidly declined off recent. Today was the height of it when a small barrel biscuits and two eclairs cost R100 only for us to get home and find that the eclairs are hard as rocks! Their prices have increased in comparison to other bakeries of note but their once notable quality is now questionable. Im rather disappointed.

Bibis bakery is the best in Newlands. Service rating from me will be 100%. What ever we buy from there its devine. Well done guys keep up the good work.

Recently Bibis Bakery has disappointed me.Purchased Pecan Caramal bread for R60.00.Price was not the issue, but it was hard and stale.

I purchased a mutton bunny last night only to find chicken bones at the bottom.I was so disappointed .I contacted them to inform them of my findings, sadly the staff were helpless, it indeed was an awful experience.especially since they refused to remedy the problem.
