Lots of stock, decent prices and space inbetween isles for baby prams and trolleys. My favourite shop for toys and other baby necessities. The staff are also helpful. It would be even better if the cashiers would be friendly. They add sourness to an otherwise great visit.

Store is big, neat and well spaced. Able to see items well. Prices are not crazy. And wide variety of toys and baby stuff. However I couldnt find anyone to assist me in the bike section and was difficult to pull the bicycles out to view them as they were stuck to each other. The price tags were not easily visible as stuck on different parts of the bike.

Service I got today from an old indian lady at the till was apathetic she didnt even great I told her Im here to return a toy she is telling me I didnt buy the toy then when I showed her the slip she doesnt even apologise for that how can I return a toy I didnt buy every poor service

The staff is awful they don’t want to help and when you want to return something they make the situation a crisis.

Purchased numerous toys from here......most of them had to go back due to missing parts in the box. Unnecessary running around at our expense. I suggest you make them build the toy up and then repack it at every purchase. Pathetic service.

Disgusting service! Staff members are not knowledgeable about the stock on their shelves. Accused me of dreaming up an item that I saw there three weeks prior. They have no way of speaking to customers and are ridiculously rude.

This place has every toy under the sun. For every boy, girl and child at heart! There are also self-wrapping stations but if you dont feel like wrapping your own gifts, the store has people who can wrap for you for a small donation from 1-24 December.

Granddaughter loves this shop at the pav. We cant walk past without going into the store

Placed my online order the 2nd December and still have not received any email invoice at all. Sent a email enquiring about my order and its delivery date, still nothing. Called call centre, only for the rep to be so unprofessional and tell me my order is still processing (without asking me formy order number!) Then when i questioned her, she thensays, if theres no tracking info then its still procssing and checks on the tracking number instead of following up on my otder number! Today i attempted to call again and get told that the reason why its still processing is becauseit was black friday, i then informed the conaultant that black friday was more than a week ago so thats bull. Oh then its established that 1 of the productsi ordered is out of stock.. me scratching my head thinking, i would never order an item out of stock as i need the gifts before the 12th December. Apparently, its now established that thetes an error on their system but stock shouldarrive tomorrow. I suggested they part delivery and the consultant says they can do that but i have to pay for the etc delivery fee...WHAT ?Its not my problem that the website shows stock but there actually isnt, why should i pay..She guaranteed that if the stock arrives tomorrow i should get my delivery by Friday the 7th and i requested it on email, that was at 16:00pm.No emailFor Toys R Us being such a huge company, i am disgusted at the service received thus far and probably would never order anything online from them again!

Big variety of toys or items in store, biggest I have seen, but the prices are very high for simple items. a store for the wealthy.
