My car has a oil leak that they did not pick up and also a part missing from the undercarriage but they did not notify me. BCS should have done a full inspection of my vehicle and notified me if there is anything extra work that needs to be done. I am not being difficult as this is part of their service that they offer.

Unprofessional and poor service.

Good parts, good service

Sent my car for service (Bosch Car Service, Florence Nzama St, Durban) on 27/3/2019. Whatever they did to my car, it is worse off. I sent it back on 28/3/2019 and still they could not fix the problem created by them, I was told stories which make no sense to me. It essence they are not prepared to take responsibility and I am being arrogantly shun off.

Received the best customer service today at Bosch Churchill road.Mark assisted me with a quotation on my VW last week they did the most assisting me, kept to the time. Gave me a lift to work amd fetched me on time. Including opening and closing the door for me.Got to the service station where they pinpointed exactly what was done to the point of showing me my oil change and not to mention cleaning my engine.Gave me a full report and explained in detail where and why certain things had issues. Went onto telling me the importance of certain repairs and whats not a major concern.Mark realy did the most in customer service and as a female I would highly recommend these honest people. Did not try to rip me off and by far the best service ever. Beats any VW dealership I have ever gone to including edwin swales and even Sammuels service center.World class service, and great customer service from Mark and Lee.Higjly recommeded

Worst customer service ever, they put old parts and damage car further and refuse to take responsibility. Abdul is very arrogant and refuses to further engage with you after they have damaged your car.
