Over 1 week the cost of the glass increased by R1000 and there was no stock. Was requested to make payment and wait 5 days. Had it done elsewhere in 2 hours at a much cheaper price for SABS approved glass. Will never contact PG Glass ever again.

Absolutely terribly service! Would highly recomend going elsewhere as once claim was approved nothing is done. Its been over a week now and Ive heard nothing from them.You can not get in contact with them at all.DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!

Appalling work. They scratched my vehicle in numerous places. We paid for a product that we did not receive and the were lied to after they received payment. Disgusting. Will never use them or recommend thempowerment again.

They dont have a service to come to your home or place of work to fit windscreens.

We called them for a stone chip repair on our company vehicle. Booked us for 8.30am and the glass expert arrived at 8.20am. Impressive gentleman. Got the repair done and dusted saving us on purchasing a new windscreen. Keep up the good service guys. Great brand ambassador #calebtheglassexpert!

I will give 5 stars for the fitment but non for the staff that assess vehicles anf front deck for quotations because they gave me a huge price at first and when I claimed through the insurance they price was half of what they initially said.

Always a speedy in and out service. No hassles with claims and the staff are always friendly. The waiting room is comfortable and the job is done in time.

It’s almost as if they don’t want to do any business. Made several calls, spoke to a few consultants and was promised a call back that never happened. When I followed up, they were not able to help me. Time wasted and deadline missed. Awful service.

Helpful but the receptionist sits on phone making personal calls to people and not helping clients. She talks loud and complains infront of clients about what clients ask for and I think its rude and not professional at all.

Professional job in replacing my windscreen and in time they said it would take.

First they tell me my insurance policy number was incorrect. Second they incorrectly order glass and only tell me after I have already taken my vehicle in and left it with them. Third they fail to find my place of work to do a glass replacement when they have the address and the name of the company!Unreal.
