They did the interior on both my v6 Ford Capri and my v8 Chev Elcamino. Very happy with their work.

It was the most frustrating and time wasting experience. I went 3 times to the place to have some work done my van upholstery. The first encounter with the rather obnoxious supervisor tried my patience as he forced me to do more at a greater cost than I wanted or needed to. We agreed to get it done the next day. Only to be told his workers didnt pitch even though there were 3 sitting on a couch in front of me, the second visit they had no electricity (a generator would have been ideal), the 3rd time he didnt answer the phone e en though I was less than a kilometer away. I turned around and went back home. Got the job done for less than half the price, in less than 2 hours on the first trip in Chatsworth.Pathetic service Auto Trimmers and an even worse business ethic. Will never recommend you to anybody, .

Absolutely terrible service, would never recommend it to anyone. I phoned in on a Friday afternoon and dealt with a man named Vino who said he could replace my mud flap on my vw polo, he then said to come in early on a Monday morning,I informed him that I would require a lift to work and he agreed. Once I arrived I spoke to the manager who said Vino will be arriving shortly and I should wait, after 20min I asked if I could leave my key by him and get that lift to work, he insisted I wait for Vino, I then phoned Vino personally who seemed disoriented and confused and took time to realise he dealt with me on Friday, after minutes of explaining and reminding him about our conversation he said he will organise an Uber for me, I decided to wait however some time went by and no Uber arrived, I called him again after 10min and his phone was switched off. I then informed the manager about his staffs incompetence yet he didnt seem to care. Auto trimmers Umgeni Road are a terribly run branch with no system order or professionalism what so ever.
