I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Durban Tv Video and Computer Repair Centre , I sent my Tv to them in January and never received any calls with regards to my Tv updated status , my tv did not turn on so I sent it to them to repair , they told me it was the board , and now after picking the Tv my LCD is cracked!!!!, so was my parts taken with out me knowing ????

I am disgusted at the response from this company. Customer fighting for his life in hospital with Covid and all they are interested in a job No. Not willing to even look it up. Lady would not put me through to a manage or anyone else. Heartless, cold, disgusting

This guy is a rogue. Do not give him anything to fix!!He took my amp and when I went to collect after 6month of the run around he says its not there.He is a liar. I wonder how he is still open.

These guys are not professional at all. Very careless in handling their customers TVs. Took my TV for repairs came back with so many scraches will have to use it in the bedroom now and get a new one for the lounge.

I waited for over a month and they kept saying they’d give me a quote. I eventually went to fetch my electronics but I was given problems and I had to come back with police. My tv screen came back smashed because of how they kept it at the shop. I only realised this when I got home switching the tv on. The Xbox adapter was missing. At first they denied taking in my 2 computer screens even though it was recorded on the slip they handed to me when I brought the things in. I had to make noise and threaten to open a case of theft. The next day they called and told me they found the screens. DO NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS TO THIS SHOP. It looks nothing like what you see in the pics.

Just went pass. Never been there

3 years of being told next week, next week, and still have never had a call from them. I ask for my power amplifier back the case was missing and the volume knobs. Asking for it back took 7 months so I just gave up on it.

I was very sceptical to take my tv here but had no issues.My Samsung took 4 Days to sort out and is working well and they charged me almost half of what i was quoted with the agents.This just proved to me that dont rely on what other say.I had a good experience with them and it has to be told.

Took my tv in 15 Dec 2017 and we are now in July 2018 more than 6 and half months down the line and this guy has done nothing. Every time i call (he never calls you like he says he will) hes got a new supplier issue story. I will not recommend this place at all. No service, No feedback, No honor in serving the public.

I Handed my Sony PS4 to a guy named VILO to replace the HDMI port, i was promised my console the next day, however 1 day turned to 1 week, eventually the PS4 was returned with no repairs carried out, furthermore my FIFA18 was stolen from the console (i was refused the opportunity to check if my game was still inside) and on top of this i was still charged R250. This store represents DAYLIGHT ROBBERY at its very best !!! Would not recommend to anyone.

Blessed be this business for your kindness toward humanity.Your action of giving without any gain is truly touching towards those less fortunate who received this.My story: I called this repair shop and asked to quote on repair to our tv for the orphan kids and we will make payment, I asked the call out fee and the lady called back and said no call out fee and she sent a technician over, the next day they returned with a bigger tv and a decoder and set it up for the kids.The kids are very happy that they can now watch tv inside when it’s cold.I will keep you in my daily prayer.

Took in my 65inch TV to mastercare after 3weeks ,they called and asked me to pick up tv unable to repair due backlights been attached to screan. Was drivin pass stopped at 795 Umgeni road saw the tv repair signs.The guy had a look at the model number and assured me he will be able to repair , i fetched my TV 4days later and it works perfectly the backlights were seperate and he was able to replace,and at a reasonable price aswell. It was a very pleasant experience i highly recommend this repair center to everyone,absolutely remarkable.Thanks guys for the excellent service

Shocking service from this Company. They have had my TV for over 2 months, not once have they contacted me to inform me what the hold up is. I have always contacted them and get told that they are waiting for spares. I was promised the unrepaired TV would be delivered yesterday, that never happened and when I called (again) I was told they didnt have a code to entert the Estate. I have now been promised a call first thing tomorrow to arrange delivery, but I doubt that will happen!!! Very disappointing indeed.

Took over a month for them to completely break a tv they said would take 2 days to fix. It went from an occasional flicker to not coming on at all.

I think this business has shocking service and poor workmanship. Parts are missing from our appliance and other service providers will not touch our appliance after hearing this company has been working on it. Do not even deserve one star

Most pathetic service ever.Sent my Home theatre for repairs 20/12/2017.Was told the item would be repaired in 2-3 days But no luck.I called in January and was given the run around every time i called.I eventually received a call saying my item was ready for collection.I go today 02/03/2018 to collect the item and they are unable to find my product.I am so disgusted and pissed off with this company.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE,DONT EVER SEND YOUR ITEMS FOR REPAIRS HERE
