I emailed then weeks before I took my machine in. I then followed up with a call and they told me they didnt get my email. I then decided to take it in for repairs. All neat unscratched not dented and took the curtesy of thinking they will need my water pipe to test my machine. 1 week ago I picked it up, onsite I noticed dents on my machine, scratches so clear to the eye, I then asked where one of my machines side bar handles were , answer: uh I dont know. I wasnt impressed at all. Then they gave me a handle from someone elses washing machine.I then off loaded my machine at home and realized my machines top two pc board screws were not there and my water pipe as well.This is pathetic service guys. I have a lot of patience but for stupid mistakes that could have been avoided if it was done right , i have not for these. This will be my 2nd time coming back to fetch my machines accessories that was left behind because of your poor inventory list on clients appliances.I need to go back again Today to find my water pipe for my machine that was left behind.In the future: make an inventory list with sticker on which customer send what extra pipe and spares with on repairs. when doing collections at there houses or when the customer comes to drop off. Mark it on the customers repairs sheet and on the product.Do not apologize here to me. Fix your mistakes and implement some new ways to keep customers satisfied.

Professional; honest; trustworthy. My washing machine was repaired 2 years ago; until now it works perfectly. Recently I had a problem with my refrigerator and contacted Lee; he gave me a possible solution before coming out to me; I tried his suggestion and it turns out I was able to sort the leak myself. Thank you Lee for your honesty and the excellent service; for being polite; patient and well mannered. I definitely recommend this business and will use them in future.

Avoid this place at all costs. They are either incompetent or con artists. Before collecting your appliance they promise feedback within a day or two. Then they keep it for a week and tell you that repair costs are too high and they offer a free scrapping service. We were told that the motor on the dishwasher burnt out when in fact all that was needed was a new capacitor. Im really not sure if they were just hoping to keep our machine for spares or if was just a case of them not knowing what they were doing. Either way save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!Their quoted repair cost was R3150; R2500 for new motor and R650 for labor, defy quoted R1610.00 for a new pump motor. Final repair cost was R25 for a new capacitor.

Our washing machine seized up. I called Lee and explained the problem and he stepped me through resolving the problem over the phone. Sent our washing machine to these guys,they quoted some ridiculous figure, we then had to beg them to bring it back to us, eventually got it repaired on site by another company for R450....Terrible service!!!
