Absolutely shocking service. 4 calls for a price. Not a response. Not even a response from a manager

Absolute rubbish service. I walk in there, one guy doesnt acknowledge me and the other is on the phone for more than 5 minutes. He eventually gets off the phone and still ignores me. The other one at the desk helps another customer that came in after me. Your service stinks. You guys never used to be like this. Now Im taking my business somewhere else.

Fraudsters pathetic. The price you see on their website is not what they will give you when you get there. They double the price use an alternate stock code to charge you. They clever in saying no stock available to break your hope then/or say they have it but price is a bit more. Hirsch is a better option. The guys are honest and willing to help you. At Tesca my first visit the guy didnt seem happy to work on a Saturday wanted to get rid of me. My next visit another guy prices me double, my 3rd visit another guy says no stock, he checks with other staff, gets stock code from the other guy gives you the right item you saw online but with a higher priced item code insisting it is the same thing. How can a supplier be more expensive than the store buying from them?!

The parts that I purchased for my stove packed up after a year and they dont come cheap! Lesson.. Buy original parts from reputable registered agents.

Called at 10am .....gave them my part requirements and waited till 3pm the same day for a return call. Nothing was forthcoming.......so I called again and guess what? They wanted my requirements all over again and promised to call me back like before. I cant remember now.....if I went off the deepend or just took a deep breath

No answer on switchboard. Immediately switched to music and left to hang indefinitely.

Switchboard kept transferring me to an extension that nobody answers. Pathetic service!!
