Some games are not working which we has a family love to play. Service was a bit long that we had to wait for the toys. But please work on your game cause there a lot not working VERY BAD

The machines are so expensive in comparison to Suncoast and you receive such poor prizes for the tickets you receive. Bowling was affordable though.

Lots of fun for kids and young at heart . Theres bumper cars games rides for lil kids and a bowling alley. Machines are new but a few dont work 100% or have play pieces missing ,speak to the staff and they resolve it.Non school holiday Tues is half price of all games.

Too small, lots of broken down machines which is very disappointing and that speaks of poor management because there should always be a maintenance check done. The staff is not very friendly at all, they always look angry, no smile no customer service and proper customer etiquette. The security guard there that normally hangs around the bowling area is extremely rude, my personal experience with him was not pleasant. There is something very wrong I have noted with this place that is not healthy and safe for kids. After all Fun Company is mainly for the enjoyment of our children however for kids to get to the lavatory they go through an adult playing area and alcohol selling bar area which is not closed off for the safety of our kids and for our children not to be exposed to such. Only to also get to the lavatory and it reeks absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke....filthy and dangerous for our kids and non smokers, management needs to really rectify this I do not know how the health department approved such and structurally as well....very unpleasant.

The 10 Pin Bowling is great, but very noisy and the music is way way too loud. You cant talk to your friends without shouting which detracts from having a fun time. My 12 year old had his fingers in his ears the whole time and by the end of the game we could not leave fast enough. Will not go back without earplugs for the whole family. It would be so much nicer if we could talk to each other!

Smaller than the previous establishment, the bowling & spin doctor are fun but the rest of the arcade is very limited in diversity & quantity on offer.The service is usually indifferent or uninterested with the odd mildly friendly attendant possibly once a year...Oh, & its ridiculously expensive

Bowling there is fun

Found on the upper level of the food court with a wide variety of games for all ages in a small space. Its crowded on the weekends and especially holidays. A Fun Company card, which is easy to obtain and use, is required for all games. Credits are added to your card for games that give credits which allows you to select from a variety of gifts. The bowling alley is wonderful except for alcohol being served to the tables where tenpin is being played and the bar is right there with so many non alcoholics and minors around.

Always spend my time with the kids here. Very fun and entertaining for the whole family. I just wish it were easier to get the nice prizes. You can spend slot of money and end up with a sweet as a prize.

Love to spend time here with my family theres activities for the big & little kids everything is electronic which makes it easier & safer can also collect tickets without loosing them...friendly staff... only the ticket amounts are a bit high for the good prizes

Driving, pool and balling

I wasnt overly impressed with the setup, and it seemed a little expensive for what it turned out to be, but I guess for youngsters, it would be worth it. Im not sure if i would do it again. The pool tables at the back are so close to the wall that is difficult to even play your shot without hitting an obstacle 🎱

Bowling is good. Arcade games are pretty bad mostly, but good enough for young kids I guess. Service isnt always good, but you can still have a very enjoyable time here.

Bowling was fun, I enjoyed the music they played and the overall experience. The staff was very friendly, there was always someone around incase we needed help. Theres a bar for drinks and they also have a toilet. There are other games too and pool tables.

Very disappointed, half the games were not working properly and when we complained to staff they just ignored us, so our money went for nothing. Then closing time is officially 10pm but at 21:45 when we finished the staff refused to give prizes saying that they were closed. Absolutely pathetic, my children were so upset. And best of all this is not the first time this a happened.

Great bowling alley. Arcade games are expensive though. There shouldnt even be a bar serving alcohol in such close proximity to a childrens games room but there is. Pool is expensive. Make sure to bring socks for bowling shoes.

Not very big and its kind of a squeeze pricing isnt very expensive but it is above average

Alcohol is being served to patrons at the bowling alley .These drunk people are swearing and embarrassing themselves when there are small kids around .Alcohol should not be served in this area.There is no sercurity in this area.We where pushed around by these drunks when we where waiting for our turn at the lane yesterday. Drinking should be confined to the bar area only not near the kids area.What example is this management setting for the young generation. If there is a chance to give no star I would .

Great venue. Pathetic service.After getting to the front a long line the young woman (name tag Nomfundo or something) laughs in my face and tells me that Ive been queuing from the wrong side. She then helps the people behind me in the wrong line while we move to the correct line??Then we eventually get to pay for a lane and head of to wait our turn (again). We wait and wait and finally head back to a arrogantly,smiling Nomfundo to find out why people are passing us to get to playf first while we wait and wait. ?After giving me some story aboutfirst come first served the manager finally shows up to see what the problem is.She did sort it out immediately, but the mood had already been dampened.Ill never go back there and Ill never recommend it.
