We had a terrible experience, we went for put put (mini golf) and the employees was terrible to us.The games was fun and we enjoyed it, but first the guy that helped us was drunk and secondly another guy came and in a rude manner asked us to wear our masked, we felt threatened because he did not ask us nicely and told us that he actually have to ask us to leave immediately but for now he will only give us a warning.Our mask where on our faces but not covering everything because it was just on the put put grond.We understand that it is protocol but he could asked us in a nice manner and we would understand. OkayWe wanted to go tin pin bowling after but after that we immediately left.There were 2 other couples playing arcade games and their noses where not covered and he also rudely went and told them the same. Both immediately left as well.

Had good fun with the family, bowling and shooting some pool. I think the venue was a bit understaffed for this busy period. Staff are friendly and you can notice the willingness to assist. Pool tables are in dire need of a service and maintenance. Otherwise fun place to be.

This place is terrible.My brother won a prize on the key master and we continued to play and the machine took our money 1 round and never let us play after he won his prizeI complained to the staff and the manager was called and she blatantly said in a rude tone that we touched the buttonIf we touched the button the key would have moved,the button would have lit up to but it didntShe was clearly angry that we won a prize and just didnt want to give our money backI dont know how adults can live with themselves scamming children, its disgusting !!Maybe Fun Company needs a new manager!!!!

Honestly so disappointing how one of the female managers treat the staff shes always going off on them everytime im there and at this point i feel like bringing it under the owners attention or the mall itself, it gives off this tense feeling and atmosphere in the place

Its the best place to go to with your loved ones and the little ones will love it.I would like to go back again. I loved the bumper cars the most. I would also love to book it for my daughters 14th birthday.

Good place to be when not much to do.Bowling, mini golf and many games available.Bumper cars and X rider 4D ride.Also have a section for toddler games.

They are mad charging you R210 for 3 people to play tenpin bowling. No wonder they not busy.

Dont waste your time or money here. Rather go to another fun company. Over expensive and doesnt even deserve a 1 star

Place is packed only 1 casier.

Great fun for kids and adults alike. Large arcade conveniently located at the Food Court so its hard to miss. Lots of games and activities to do and they have their own loyalty card.The Arcade also has a bowling alley.

Good place for a family outing, both kids and adults will have a lot of fun. Lots of games for the kids, pool tables and tenpin bowling available here.

Excellent for the kids.... and the grown ups. A few machines not that well maintained, but otherwise awesome!

Day light robbery. Increase the prices while playing from R4 to R8, not a good selection of games at all.

Rude unhelpful staff. Unethical business practice of making people buy compulsory loyalty cards which is non refundable - blatant theft.
