I needed to find a shuttle from King Shaka to Margate at the last minute to transport two passengers, one of the passengers being elderly. My call was answered by Marlon who put my mind at ease and I felt comfortable that he was the right person for this service. My passengers were collected with a name board, he arranged take away teas for them and transported them safely to Margate. Marlon went the extra mile and drove them to the beach front for a quick look and safely dropped them at their guest house. Although I personally did not enjoy the actual service in person but from a booking and feedback point of view my clients were very happy and I will definitely call on King Shaka Airport shuttle in the future again.
