But if youre handicapped, semi handicapped, senior or cannot walk far or up steep hills, then this place is NOT for you. The clubhouse and forest which is the only attraction here besides fancy designs which you can buy anywhere, is only accessible to the able bodied or those that have a golf cart (R40k min to buy one or R3k/per month to hire one). Disappointing that the architects and developers care so much for the environment but did not accommodate handicapped people. Borders on discrimination. And dont bother asking for them to provide assistance in the matter. Their HOA says, its not going to happen. Selfish and poorly planned.
