A residential complex consisting of many blocks and units. Its a well kept estate with excellent security. The gardens are well kept. Lovely views over the dam for some units. There are dog walking trails, a dam, a swimming pool with a. Entertainment hall and braais. The complex grounds are always neat and well kept. Pet friendly estate.

It is a great place, we rented a place on Airbnb from Khethiwe, it is in this estate, it is a lovely place, there is a swimming pool a large, long one, there is a large club house, allot of braai areas, a little swimming pool for toddlers, jungle gym play area, allot of parking, but allot of little dogs, that needs to be keep off the streets, allot of stray monkeys too

You get billed for utilities from the body corporate instead of recieving your bill. Sewerage amount is 700 and up. For a 2 bedroom unit! Rediculous

Lovely family estate that is beautiful to visit.

Entrance to Estate is via strict security.Must have access code to enter.The estate has a swimming pool, large pond to catch and release(fish), hiking trail and club house, at the swimming pool.Tends to get rowdy, with children and adults screaming.

Secure low cost housing

My two sons stay in Sheffield manor as it is a great estate for youngsters just starting off in life. This is a large state with triple storey apartment blocks, as such, you are living either on top or underneath your neighbor The estate has a large rugby field (which I think should be used as additional parking, as parking is a major issue in this estate). The estate also has a large club house with a decent size swimming pool. If youre young then youre going to love this as the estate offers real value for number, however, if youre a little older then you most likely wont enjoy the shoe box setup of the estate. My 3 star rating is merely based on my older bias and not necessarily the opinion of the younger generations.

Well appointed townhouse complex with great views, pool and club house. Close to shops and beaches. Ideal community living for young families. Child and pet friendly environment.

I stay here. It has great faclities for kids. It has a little fountain for kids to play in. There is enough space for different types of sport. There is a big swimming pool , a dam etc.

It is a quiet, peaceful ,safe place with a swimming pool, a childrens play pool, a play ground which has a jungle gym and swings, a large pond with fishes and ducks, many braai areas. It is a wall estate protected by an electric fence, boom gate with a security guard.

Its safe and beautiful. Parking is a major problem here. Meaning everyone is very protective of their parking. So make sure you dont take someones parking. Its noisy as well. Body Corp is a bit weak as usual. One odd month I was overcharged for water and I know for a fact I didnt use that much, nobody was able to help investigate.

Very loud complex with a nice pool and garden. Music plays constantly and people yelling a lot. Babies too. There is a pretty cool empty building that makes no sense near the pool.
