Its beautiful and wonderful place to spend your holidays and weekends

I wouldnt advise anyone to go visit this place. Firstly, the house was nothing compared to what it is on the pictures so I can believe the pictures are photoshopped. Its disgustingly dirty, the bathroom walls are dirty, the towels are not replaced daily, when used it was picked up by the cleaners and put up again to be used in the same dirty condition. The sheets were not changed daily and when I asked for y sheets to be changed the cleaner then called the owner and she immediately picked up the phone and swore at me and even had the decency to ask me what is it that I do on her sheets that I nee the to be changed daily, she eve told me that The Oyster Box does not change their sheets daily yet I want her to change my sheets daily, Wendy the owner is a racist, her tone and the way she spoke to me and swore at me, a paying guest while at it showed me the kind of host that she is and she does not belong on Airbnb otherwise shes going to give them a bad name. After she swore at me she told me and my family to pack my things and leave her house, at this stage I was fuming as well and hung up on her after I had told her I would do no such thing. Next thing she calls my husband to apologize then my husband told her to call me and apologize to me because she swore at me and not him...Do you think she even bothered to call me?No!Next thing while we are out she keeps sending me whatsapp messages telling me what and ungrateful guest I am especially because she has put out the espresso machine for me. I honestly think if we were not in this pandemic she would have declined my money but because she was desperate she took it and regretted hosting black people at her house. After I left I saw on Airbnb she had told them that I stole her tupperware and even burnt her lounger just so that she feels good about herself and the way she treated me. Im not going to pay a cent, if anything she burnt that lounger herself after I had told her that I was going to report her on every social platform. I honestly want my refund of the whole amount, she made my stay very unpleasant especially after so much money I had paid, my hard erned money. She should leave Airbnb, she knows nothing about hosting.
