Ive been to many KAUAI restaurants across the country. This one is the worst Ive been to. Firstly the teller was rude like I wasnt buying. Secondly, they messed up my price wrap. There was a piece cardboard in my wrap. I was so disgusted I almost threw up. 😪

A few months ago, I made a stop at this location after opening hours in between a long drive. The staff seemed disinterested and werent keen on answering any questions on the newer items added on the menu. I then took a menu brochure to keep and left.I expected better customer service.

Service is good. They once slipped up a takeaway order and gave us a vegan wrap with chicken in it. Management followed up with an apology and offered to replace the item. Food menu is bland and needs an update, similar places like Nouriti offer a wider range of great tasting food. Also noticed wraps in particular have gotten smaller over the years with less filling. For the price it just isn’t worth it.I always go back for their Peanut Butter Bomb smoothie though.

Consistently disappointing. Watery smoothies and average wraps. Have tried again and again in the hopes of improvement. Long waiting time doesnt help. This franchise does not reflect the generally awesome food and drinks offered by Kauai.

We buy Kauai a lot in Gauteng. Our experience at this branch of Kauai was really disappointing. The salad in the wraps were all wilted and soggy, and the mayonnaise tasted sour. The chicken also tastes like its been boiled without spice and tastes rubbery. Very disappointing, will not buy here again.

Shakes were not iced on a hot day. Waited forever to get it.

Situated in the heart of Ballito @ the Lifestyle center, Kauai provides many wonderful meals for those keen on eating healthy.

Had one of their bowls, which has been a favourite meal of mine at other Kauai branches. Unfortunately it was very disappointing at this outlet. Staff didnt seem at all concerned either.

Always freshly prepared and always so tasty. Have never had a bad experience here.

Service is very good Staff friendly. Healthy menu options. I had a smoothie today and it was refreshing. Located Lifestyle Centre Ballito. Ample parking. Other outlets in this centre are Wimpy ,Krispy Kream Chateau Gateaux and an interesting food mzrket

Best smoothies (the milk tart one is my favourite!), so nice to have a healthy fast food option. And the kids love it too.

Service with a smile. Love the Flu Shot and Peanutbutter smoothie. Healthy and delicious.

We enjoy the smoothies and healthy fruit mixes, but oh goodness, the staff are so sulky. It seems they all hate their jobs.

Cant always guarantee good service. There seems to be an attitude problem with some of the staff. Sometimes the meals and smoothies are great sometimes they are just not good.

Everything in kauai is perfect/They are smoothie are very tasty

The wraps at kuaui never dissapoint and you always leave feeling healthy

Healthier options available with fresh foods and smoothies. A bit above the average price but tastes great!

The staff are friendly and always presentable the food is cookie cutter nothing special the coffee is inexpensive and well made its a typical franchise health conceptWell situated in the centre next to ICSand the pharmacy this a contributing factor to there success

So this was my experience yesturdayIgnore the cashers name on the slipNot sure what I did wrong but I was not greeted by the assistant (Ria) which she chose to greet the person that came way after me.Ria had a very sour face & was not friendly at all. I understand the fastfood industry can be stressful at times but that does not mean you have to be sour towards ur customers.I hope management trains there staff to be more friendly towards there customers which is the reason Ria has a Job.
