Received amazing service from Peace, she was warm and friendly from the moment we arrived. On a business trip I was well rest with the Tranquil atmosphere and great location to beach and ballito. The Villa is beautiful and has a full tropical sense with lush green gardens for relaxing. The room has very spacious , extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and staff is friendly. Would love to return with my fiancé.

Very opulent setting with a poor Experience.We booked a 1 week stay. The Property is beautiful with manicured Gardens and Natural Stream flowing through the Gardens. The Villa is Mediterranean with a touch of Asia overall really well appointed. Sadly we checked out 1 Day early as the price doesnt come with a warm service experience. The Manager was not very welcoming and told us that she wasnt happy to be at work on Easter, ok. Then at Breakfast there was a few supermarket croissant and scones ice cold from the fridge added to the Breakfast table. 3 Bowls of cereal none had spoons. Cups at the Table are not suitable for the coffee machine, it overflowed and made a big mess. The member of staff then asked us what we would like, but there is no menu cards out ? The English Breakfast was more like a Roadhouse meal. Bend Cutlery at the Table chipped Tableware, unacceptable. In the Room there is no Info whatsoever no Wifi Password, No Information about what to do in the Area or where to eat since they only do Breakfast. The Staff we met where generaly very friendly but need to place alot more emphasis on the client experience especially considering there are only a few Rooms. It has all the Glamour but misses all the Touches of our warm South African Hospitality. I am a Tourguide with 20 Years Southern Africa Experience and have stayed in Hundreds of Lodges,Hotels,Boutique Hotels. Valley Villa despite being absolutely beautiful left us lost and confused. At 2000 Rand a Night with just Breakfast this is not acceptable. We checked out 1 Day early the owner gave us a Refund for that Day we didnt use which was professional.

Beautiful and homey.

This is a stunning establishment. We visited with our two toddlers and were warmly welcomed by staff and owners and treated during our stay. Great breakfast and large, clean upmarket rooms. Close to the beach.Will most definitely recommend 2 on Valley villa.

This is definitely a home away from home. Perfectly nested in the lush greenery of the north coast. The owner always adds his personal touch - thank you Gary. Precious was excellent from the check in and during the stay to the check out. Thank you for the spoils of the tastiest fish curry. Will definitely be back on my business trip and will recommend to all my peers travelling this way. Definitely value for money and service out of this world

Great guest house when visiting the area. Ask for room 5, only one with jacuzzi bath tub. Staff all very friendly and accommodating, they let us check in early so our toddler could have his afternoon nap

The Staff and Management are so so caring and hands on they make you feel like you home while resting and I can say the manageress is truly tops I would recommend the place to anyone who wants some quietness and tranquility well we are going back again 😍😍😍

I will definitely recommend this place to stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have a beautiful garden and you can hear the ocean waves at night. It has a very relaxing atmosfere. They also have the friendliest staff and they are very helpful.

Wonderful brilliant service from Garry and his team . . . Just had my intimate wedding ceremony at Villa L’Apparita . . . And these guys bent over backwards to ensure my day went better than planned! Great Value for the moneyIts a great place to stay when you want to escape the city noise. Spacious clean rooms and bathroom. Quality towels, luxurious blankets, home ambient feel,beautiful and clean garden, DSTV, and free WiFi. Closer to King Shaka International Airport 16,5km. The Host, Gary is very understanding and accommodating towards his guest. Breakfast was delicious. Lungi made sure that we are comfortable. Her customer service towards the guests is beyond measure! The bed and breakfast is easy accessible to the ocean and 5km restaurants and shops. Great Host and very pleasant staff. I highly recommend this place. Better than hotels. Ill definitely go back. Everything exceeded our expectations.

One of the best holiday destinations weve ever visited. The garden was an eye catcher. The owner, Gary is a perfect host, he was so selfless. The staff were ever willing to help, starting from Valerie at the front desk, Sonja and Lungi.
