Beautiful view, safe, lovely houses, small parking in the yard, close to the beach

Great golf course with lovely holes and beautiful views. From some tees you can see the ocean but regrettably you never come close to the beach.If youre not familiar with the areal you really have to look where to go and where to find everything. Its huge with a lot smaller and bigger raids. Once you are on the round orientation not longer a problem.The course is fair ans challenging but you have to play some round to have a good course management.Dont forget: beware of snakes when you are off the fairway and beware of the baboons. On some holes they are sitting in the trees and waiting for you. As soon as you left the cart theyll rob everything what is within their capabilities.

Coastal setting is spectacular. My first time on this course. Very challenging for high handicappers. Clubhouse under renovation.Enjoyed the 5 star treatment.

Great golf course.. The fairways are comparable to greens. They are wide and each hole has a breathtaking view. Absolutely top class

Location and facilities and lush..... congrats to the owners on having a great place and sharing it with us..... well be back for more I am sure.... we wee there in April which was just great and perhaps will try other times of the year as well.Practice driving range could do with an upgrade, but doesnt distract from the layout of the course..... car parking and access is adequate...... also worth checking the area for other economic restaurants.

Fantastic golf course even for amateurs like us. The holes are challenging and we lost a lot of balls but it was really worth the experience. The views and condition of the golf course cannot be faulted. Top Place!

Zimbali golf course, great layout, well kept fairways and medium fast greens after a rainy night. Staff in pro shop very friendly and helpfull. Service in clubhouse and halfway house quite snobbish.

Entering the estate to play golf was the most frustrating experience 😑. Pin number had expired. Phone proshop, for new never received.phoned back was given a verbal one to write down.then my license disc was scaned my drivers license and my cell number was requested 🙃 same long story when leaving

Always a very pleasant experience playing at Zimbali.From the time you drive in at the front Club House entrance you get looked after like a King.Very well organized.Plus what a great golf course always in good shape.A must people.

Chose the Country Club as our wedding venue and so glad we did. Wed heard mixed reviews about Zimbali as a whole but the Club exceeded our expectations. Their on-site wedding planner and other helpful staff helped make the whole experience as close to blissful as wedding planning could be. The venue itself is beautiful, lots of dark wood and decor integrated into the lush greenery on the estate. Stunning views and such potential for additional decor if hosting a big event.May see occasional golfers zipping by or visiting the nearby bar but really doesnt intrude on the event at all. Staff and well regulated conduct make sure events are kept private and uninterrupted.Would definitely recommend as a venue.

An amazing holiday away from the city and close to the ocean. I love the location of this place. I also love the restaurants they have. I love the multiple sports you can play while you there such as a golf course, cricket nets, tennis courts, a soccer pitch and a gym. There are also multiple pools for you to go and relax in and they have a path to the beach from the resort. Overall it is an amazing place to go in the holidays.

What a beautiful place and course. You get some amazing views. The course is well maintained it has nice greens and a great halfway house. Definitely worth a visit there.

Now this is the place to play golf. Wonderful vistas. Beautifully laid out course. Well tendered greens. And the service out of this world. Half way house good too.

Excellent golf design and great views, layout, vegetation. Especially the section down to the see is in a forest like environment. A must play on the north coast. The course is a par 72 and plays at championship length at 6 524 meters. The club house is stunning and great for catering and functions. Different accommodation options on site. Not a cheap venue but worth it.

Golf and club house. Excellent course - good condition. Club house and pro shop very good. One star down because directions in and out for visitors very confusing. Spend a day and a few rand doing better signage so visitors can get around without getting lost.

Not a full review as I have not been there, but I have been trying to get in contact with someone for the wedding packages and all my emails come back undelivered. I must apologize for using this platform but I would appreciate some feedback on a better way of communication. Calling in isnt much better.

Very energetic and very helpful staff at the pro shop. They should transfer that energy to the lady at the driving range. Enjoy my time there non the less and definitely coming back soon.

Great golf club. Was really impressed by the location and facilities. Golf buggy had a digital display with a flyover display of each hole. Would recommend.

Great course. I would probably rate this as the best course on the north coast. Very scenic, but is also not the easiest. Fairways are narrow and calls for accuracy on the drive.

Dont even consider hosting your wedding here. The venue is great but the staff drop like flies and the coordinator changes every few months so you deal with so many different coordinators and they all have soemthing different to say to you about the food/beverage/venue. As the bride they failed to reserved my dressing room for the dress up shoot and only told me the day before at 4pm. Because out coordinator changed every few months no one even informed us. We also did not receive access codes to get into the venue for our own wedding. Further when we went for our food tasting the coordinator who did it at that stage has zero people skills and did not even know about the menu and what it contained to advise us on seafood dishes. Completely horrible experience! Not even worthy of a 1 star.

I stayed near the club for nearly 10 years, so Ill be as blunt as I can. At this very moment, Im in my private bedroom, music blaring from one side to the other, it has been this way for all 10 years. The club doesnt really care about nearby residents sleep, which is clear by how little they do to actually control the music there. That aside, lets get to the point. The music in my lovely bedroom is bad but having it burst your eardrums there must not be the greatest, the outside parking is difficult and even a tad confusing for anyone who isnt a local, the pizza there is pretty bad, if it gets cold, youre better eating cardboard, I mean, its far worse than regular pizza and, finally, the place feels like it hasnt changed in 10 years, which is to say it feels like almost nothing has been renovated since I first got here.

Awesome beach resort. Fantastic golf and sporting facilities. Pool is great for kids and adults alike. Pricey though.

The Zimbali Course as it is very well looked after and it the facilities are top class. The greens play true and there is always a relaxed atmosphere in the clubhouse.

This was one of the highlights of my stay at Zimbali. This well kep course has friendly staff and great views. Put it on your bucket list.
