Top and tough golf course. Great entertainment area and a lot of different sports and activities to do there. Mama Gs is a must go too!

Love playing here. Great facilities and a restaurant. Good condition, always. Can be a challenging windy course, or a really nice sunset golf course. Beautiful holes and a really good layout.

Ive played this course for the last 40 years, this is a real gem and it is now in much better condition than it was back in the 80s. First class course, great after match facilties, if youre in the area, book a tee off time and enjoy.

An amazing experience! Course is meticulously maintained, very scenic and is a dream to play on. Warm welcoming staff throughout the course facilitates (Half-way, Club House & Pro Shop). The course is well suited for all handicapped golfers. I highly recommend paying Umhlali a visit!

Absolutely beautiful golf course, coming for Cotswold Downs as my home course this is definitely a course to play at with the same playing difficulty! This is definitely a course to put on your golfing list

Umhlali Country Club us a real gem of a course.A tough layout with lots of hidden greens.Club House outstanding. Great Halfway House. Good food and great staff.

Great place to play

Not pleased with the upgrades being done. Nothing matches. Paving at bowls section is not the same as rest of club. Steps at bowls club are painted different colours. Tiling throughout the club is different. Why spend so much money, when nothing matches and there is no real improvement

A very well maintained golf course. They have a driving range,and practice putting green. Other activities are available such as tennis and bowling.

Course was superb. Staff in pro shop could be friendlier and more helpful to visitors. Halfway house was really good and quality of food very good.

Golf course is in excellent nick! The greens are rolling true. The course now is in a golf estate, and has upped its game... A major jump in the standard of this fabulous facility in a country town.

Very member orientated club, they gave my booking away to members and then rushed our 3 ball off the first tee as if we did not pay 2000 rand for a round I would say go to dcc

The golf course is in immaculate condition.

A beautiful upmarket venue for any function. We were served the most tender, juicy lamb on the spit with the best mint sauce I have ever had. Build a salad, veg stir fry, cocktail rolls and an amazing potato bake. Even though the menu may sound basic, it certainly was not. Compliments to the chefs and the presentation. The staff were very efficient, helpful and professional. The one staff member that stood out from the rest was Candice, she was quick and efficient, we were left with any clutter on our table, nor ever short of refreshments, and she also attended other tables in the same manner. Thank for a very enjoyable afternoon / evening.

This is a nice place with a good services from the waitress. I really had a great time ans enjoyed my meal. Thanks again

Played a round of golf. Solid 4 star course. Great walking course is you want or need the exercise. Pro shop and halfway house good standard in terms of food and service. Worth the drive.

When you arrive as a visitor, one goes thru HIGH TECH SECURITY making one feel like a common criminal. Yet one is NOT SAFE from their working thieves on the course. How come the staff isnt scrutinized with such intensity like the PAYING clients. Shocking experience, one cant even go to the bathroom without worrying that your things get stolen.

Although the course is in top notch condition, I cannot say the same about the pro shop staff. We arranged a special rate to play and when push came to shove they wouldnt honour it. It was extremely unprofessional and made is feel like freeloaders. Please do not support them
