Upset. I went there thinking the guys would be able to replace my laptop charger. They made me bring my laptop there and gave me a charger that matched. Now I need to replace my battery and buy a new charger because they sold me something with the wrong current rating and has completely messed up my laptop that now cannot run if theres no power.

Word to the wise. Having 3 people sit by the desk showing each other photos or whatever on the phone isnt going to win you any customers. Id rather buy online somewhere else.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Took out laptop in to fix a simple issue. Got the laptop back and it is in an even worse state. The consultant then told us that he doesnt actually know how the laptop works. Why say you can fix it if youve never worked on it before? Very disappointed.
