Called the company and there was no answer. A while later the call was returned (which is great). Advised the gentlemen of my situation and that I am looking for hardware for my laptop, he advised me that he focusses on software, thereafter he was extremely informative of places I could possibly check and gave directions on what to do next to assist me in getting my latop repaired. Would recommend this company, if he is unable to resolve your issue, he will surely point you in the right direction and be extremely pleasant and helpful at the same time.
