The food is heavenly just as KFC should be! Service on the whole is good. This branch however looses 2 stars for the fact that they regularly run out of stock and very seldom answer their phones. Its not pleasant sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes to find out that there are only chicken pieces and chips available... and now you are stuck in the queue. Sort out the stock problems guys and you will do soo much better!

They didnt put the dip in my nugget box. They didnt even give us tomato sauce and chill spice. They have no wings. What an awful service

My order was wrong: ordered a crunch burger and got a snack burger instead.We wanted to order krushers, was told they cant make them, but then saw staff making them for drive through customers.

Bad service , no cheese on my box master, soggy hash brown just a bland meal with no taste . I gave the store a call to ask what went wrong, the manager hung up my call when I asked for her name , not even a call back. .. and Im starving.

I waited a long time to get my food. As it was not ready. Not much parking either. For a busy town this KFC needs to be more efficient.

1. When driving through and staff ask you to wait arround the corner in the parking lot 2. packing a allstar box into a burger box squashing everything inside.3 a drumstick in the allstar box was def long time off. Sorry wont be back.

We got there 20 minutes before closing. They didnt have any chicken and some of the other food prepared. We basically could not have anything we actually wanted. We were really disappointed. We have never been told this 20 min before closing at any take away sorry we cant make the food you want because we are closing bin 20min. We just relocated to Ballito and we are shocked. We have traveled and lived in different places but wr have never experienced this in our lives. Even in smaller towns and cities this is not heard of. To be honest I actually wouldnt buy kfc again just due to this poor treatment of customers. In post lockdown one would think a business would actually try to sell more not less.

Quick Service From The Drive Thru And Friendly Staff

The outlet was clean and service was quick in keeping with Covid - 19 rules & regulations.

Staff were all wearing masks and were definitely adhering to all Covid 19 protocols, service was prompt despite being very busy

I always set myself up for failure when I try ordering from them. Their service is extremely slow and they do not communicate what is not available and after you pay they let you know when you collect your food that they do not have certain things. The food is very bland as well

I went to buy 4, x2 streetwise with pap and was told I could only buy family size of 10 piece. When I asked why couldnt I buy 4 x2 streetwise I was told because we cant do pap & gravy and 2streeteise not available., however, I ordered the family size of 10 and pap and received it.... Rather confused with their explanation, disappointing service 😒

KFC Itself was awesome however the surroundings is not very safe. There are 1 too many dodgy people walking around the vicinity. There isnt adequate security visible .

Staff seem to be confused and and disorganized. Plenty of staff are present and yet food takes long to prepare due to running out of cooked fillets and the like. A staff member will start making your drink and half way through filling the cup will stop and run off somewhere else leaving your cup half filled on the soda fountain until you can get another staff members attention to fill it. They mark you meal off as prepared on their system before they even start cooking your food leaving you standing there for 15 minutes waiting while their system says your food is ready. Everyone looks very busy running around but very little gets done.

Absolutely poor service from the staff... The door has stickers of trading hours if 7:00 am, but they actually only open at 9:00 am.They always rush and make the food so it is not good.

Ordered online. Paid instore. Waited for for my food 30 minutes. Went to cashier to enquire about my order. All she told is check with the packer thats packing my orders. Went to him and asked for order but instead was told to wait. I told him that it was placed online and am I waiting for it more 30 minutes now. The attitude of the packer and the cashier was TERRIBLE. Whats purpose of placing orders on line and to wait for so long to get when I am picking it up. I order for ice cream as well and waiting for for so long.Very very pathetic service. Poor management service as well. No manager was there to attend to the customer service as well. Will never recommend anyone to buy on line from KFC IN BALLLITP

What I dont like about this KFC is their inconsistency; one day you get a reasonable amount of fried chips, the next day you get almost half of what you got the previous time.

I went through the drive through and nobody took my order. The payment window was also not manned. I had to place my order, pay and wait for the order to be made at the pick-up window. The que was around the corner due to this poor management.

Food was decent but service was great. The waiting time was a bit too long and I think thats where they could have earned a good 4 stars. KFC has also reduced its portion sizes making McDonalds a better option nowadays. They really need to step up to get back in McDonalds league

I have not been to the KFC in Ballito for years as I always found their service and food really bad. My kid convinced me to try tonight. As always it was under staffed and this time had actually run out of chicken pieces so only had fillets. It took over an hour to get my food. Two burgers and chips, surprisingly though it Was actually quite good when I got it. Will try again in about a year.

Sorry to have to say this but consistently poor service at the drive-through. We are local and everytime we visit there is either a waiting time of 10minutes (usually becomes 15) or the order was incorrectly taken.

Like every retail outlet KFC Ballito Junction have their good and their bad days. On average the service is consistent with an average retailer and the food is inconsistent. At times the food is fresher than others. Then again its not a gourmet restaurant.

Worse KFC !! Visited there at month end, only one cashier and one person giving out meals. Extreme chaos as the screen clearly reads to collect the meals. However, when we approach the counter we are asked to wait. Order numbers after us were attended tothe. Management needs to buck up and get their staff in order and allow the place to run in a coordinated manner. As for my meal lets no go there!!!!

Bought meal for 2 which I paid R99 at the drive thru, the wings had hair/feathers on them. It was not cleaned properly

During Summer it rains and there are no proper shelter at pay and pickup points. Sometimes there is no stock for meet and they ask you to wait 25 min

The cashier Thulani was rude and didnt have time for upselling and suggestions. Very rude as well in the end he sold me a wrong meal. Wanted a street wise pap he ranged up a normal streetwise 2,but I dont even eat fried chips
