Jolene at this dealership really went the extra mile for me during my time looking for a used vehicle. Ample communication as well. The price they offered me on my current vehicle was also really great. Would highly recommend you go to her if you are in the market for a used vehicle, even if its not a Nissan

The service levels at this place needs serious attention. My wife has been taking her car in for a service and there is never a driver available to drop her off at work. She has to uber to work and back. Her car was taken in for a service in August, she was quoted R1700 to replace the brake pads. The car was taken back in October to change the brake pads and the new price is R2300. When I enquire why the price has changed, I am told that prices don’t stay the same. We will never be using this dealership again and probably won’t buy another Renault due to this poor pathetic service.

Good day.. There is a sale guy Named Kian. He is A Gem and a Life Saver. He called me the other day to find out how was the service, My car suppose to go in on the 16th March 2020 and I have not taken the car in and I actually forgot to phone and rebook . By him giving us a Courtesy call I remembered. And I requested for a booking on 21st March 2020 which is a public holiday . I am so asked him if I can drop it off on Friday 20th March 2020. Kian offered to pick the car up from my home instead.He called me the time he was coming and messaged me to say he reached and also phoned to tell me how the car was and what was done..By the way he is Not A service advisor but a sales consultant.So HATS OFF TO YOU KIAN. ALL THE BEST AND CMH NISSAN HAS A ASSET to your company.

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend bringing your vehicle here for a service. I took my car here for a service and there was a campaign to be carried out. During the process someting went wrong and it took them a week to resolve the issue. Admittedly they gave me a courtesy car for the entire time, but the license on that vehicle had expired 2 years ago! Imagine if I was pulled over at a routine road block! I have been having issues with the tailgate not locking off the key, and they have not been able to find a solution that lasts more than a week or two. Also they advertise that tyre balancing and alignment costs R250 but they charged me R460, no explanation given. Very disappointed all round with the service received.

Had a problem with my 2001 Nissan Sentra 300km from home, I expected these people to be snobby but they were more than willing to help, got the problem fixed overnight, took me to my accommodation and fetched me the next day, kept the cost down as much as they could and were transparent and honest in their dealings with me. Cassidy was especially helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this dealership and wish them all success in the future.

The Staff, especially Cassidy from the Service Department are absolutely awesome. They always go the extra mile to help out their customers. The Parts Dept. is also very helpful. My reason for giving CMH Nissan a One Star? Nissan South Africa is an absolute JOKE when it comes to supply replacement parts for their vehicles. I have a a Nissan Patrol,and love the vehicle. I recently went to replace my water pump, viscous fan/coupling, thermostat and Radiator Pipes. I had to wait 22 DAYS for the water pump to arrive. Only to find out that i had to wait an additional 22 days from water pump Installation, for a 350rand 90deg. Bend pipe. I was able to get Nissan Australia to DHL (4 days) me the parts quicker than Nissan SA was able to supply them. It is an absolutely JOKE!!

Very disappointed with the service at this dealership. vehicle was not in the condition we were assured it was in. there was a mix up with the manuals and spare keys and the temp licence plates have expired and still no news of when i will receive my new ones. no response to emails and you have to constantly call them.
