Very disappointed. Visited this branch twice now to make enquiries about the new Urban carrier. Waited for 45 minutes today without getting any assistance. The reception lady did ask & I said I wished to talk to a sales person. Still no help. I had a coffee & walked through the work shop area & viewed the Xr in plastic wrap. Still no approach. Non the less both my wife & nephew are interested in the vehicle & have since discussed it with Toyota at the Hypermarket in Waterkant road.

Excellent customer service from staff that are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their customers get the best experience. I would definitely recommend doing business with this branch.

Very poor after service from you guys. It only excellent when you want us to purchase a vehicle from you. But simply not interested in maintaining the relationship after. Its seems to be a common theme from Toyota dealers.

Sad to say I am not at all impressed with the service recieved but really disappointed. Around 300 kilometers after the service the car broke down on the highway. After a tow and help we found it was the intercooler pipe that came loose. It should have been something simple to check or tighten properly during the service. Be very when taking your car for a service at Toyota Balito.

Called yesterday to have my car booked in for a service. Receptionist put me through to service deparment, phone rang continuously and looped twice until she took my number down to be contacted. Tried calling you again today. Same thing, she put me through and it just rings continuously. Will take my car elsewhere. Wont use you again.

WARNING/TERRIBLE - Remove parts from my carI had to take my car in for diesel filter change during annual leave.Post 3 hours visit, leaving my car with them I realized my REAR RELEASE SEAT STRAPS were removed.I used these straps during our holiday and my car was not with anyone except Toyota Ballito.Toyota Roodepoort confirmed removal.Reaction from Siva at Bidvest McCarthy Toyota Ballito....its hard to remove, unfortunately camera wasnt working so not their fault.My request was to give the customer the benefit of the doubt cause the camara footage was not available.DO NOT LEAVE YOU CAR UNATTENDED AT THIS PROVIDER should you have to use their services!!

Gave my car for service at 7:30.It is past 5 and my car has not been returned. I phoned and the receptionist could not get anyone to answer. She said she will get someone to call me back but no one called. Now its past 5 and no one is answering the phone. Still waiting for my car. My mum is in hosp and I cannot visit her. I am very upset. The finance lady Tersia Els was brilliant, she helped me out and got me a car I desperately needed, Pat Pather the salesman I dealt with was absolutely brilliant and was extremely vibrant and happy to help in any way possible, even when the car had the tiniest issue after being bought keep in mind it was second hand, I called him and not 10 minutes later he was at my work place picking up the car taking it straight to get serviced, if youve been wishing for a dealership that actually cares about your needs, I highly highly HIGHLY recommend McCarthy Toyota Ballito, even if you live in Amamzintoti come straight to ballito and you will be sorted out as these people really help you out, they dont go the extra mile they go the extra two miles!!!

Toyota really can drag their feet and lack of communication. When there is feedback its inconsistent. No manager on duty to handle service issue.
