They will take extreme measures to ensure client satisfaction. Was in the store to buy a pair of shoes, unfortunately they did not have my size. However, they contacted all neighbouring stores and even personally phones the regional manager to bring me shoes from Umchlanga. Best service I have gotten from any shop!
