Positive: The house was spacious and airy. Very well appointed and a central location. Friendly host and good value.. Negative: The nearby school can be noisy if youre a late riser..

Aabsolutely stunning: very clean and well kept. And the view from the stoep is just marvellous.

Extremely unhappy with how I was treated during a booking. I made the reservation and paid the deposit, only to find out I have to pay an extra R1000 because the host calculated the quote incorrectly. I refused to pay for their mistake and promptly lost the reservation. In the meantime, another booking for about R1000 more than mine was made. The host expected me to pay that same price to keep the reservation! After I cancelled my booking and lost almost R400 due to the exhange rate, the house was immediately rebooked. Literally within seconds!! It is in very poor taste to exploit people for more money, especially since EVERYONE had a hard time with COVID-19. This unethical behaviour is absolutely disgusting!

A beautiful and cozy home in a picture perfect setting. The house is modern and clean with all the necessities for everyday living. Heaters and electric blankets in every room and a fire place in the lounge. The patio is spacious and a great welcoming sight to arriving guests. My boy loved the garden on his bike. Thank you to our host for a most wonderful first time Clarens experience. We will be back.
