I went to wimpy in Chatsworth center for breakfast to celebrate my pre 40th birthday with my mom . The guava and fruit cocktail was horrible as if I was drinking water. When I informed the lady she said its impossible its Sir juice its high quality. I only drink 100% juice and I buy Sir Juice all the time and her comment was disrespectful to the Sir Juice company. My mom could not even finish the juice she took 2 sips and said she cant. Very disappointed as I had to go to Woolworths to buy mum the juice to drink.

This is the worst restaurant ever. I would not recommend anyone to eat there. The food was horrible and the service was pathetic. The lady at the till was so rude and arrogant she doesnt have any manners at all. Our food was cold when they served us and the chicken had hair on it. The ribs were so small, it was smaller than the chicken fingers. This was the worst experience ever and they couldnt refund me yet I spent almost R300.

Went to wimpy for breakfast the omelet was horribly prepared, the chicken was pink inside (Raw) I was really unsatisfied with the meal please make sure your meals are cooked before serving, even if we have to wait longer.

Terrible service, went to buy the special for R80 and once we arrived home, the bun was extremely dry, they put only a little bit of sauce on the top, the fries were small and unappetizing and finally but worst of all there was a hair in the food

Wow! Was surprised by the quick service here by the staff. Warm and friendly welcome when entering the Wimpy. I almost felt like I am family. Ordered large cappuccino and almost served same time. The omelette I ordered was also served very quickly and tasty I must add. I must say Wimpy is one of the brands that you see on the menu is what you ordered and so much better. Bravo Wimpy well done!!

Great service from the e waitress but sadly a not so greateexperience for my son. I ordered a kiddies meal and when we left, the lady at the counter gave my 4 year old son a leaking, mouldy bottle of bubbles. But right behind her were the toys that are on the kiddies menu, that are meant to go with a kids meal.

I just had the worst experience at wimpy chatsworth. The owner had the cheek to raise his voice and insinuate that we were the only customers that had an issue with the service. Excuse me but we know about good food!!! And proper service. Nobody wants to drink hot chocolate made with NO milk. Neither do they want a burger that looks like it’s made for 5 year old. Neither do they deserve that!So wimpy tell me, does your franchisees learn about customer service? I can understand if the burger is naturally small, but to insinuate we only want thing for free is highly unethical Because other customer do not have the notion to complain, dont ill-treat customers to who do.I visited this branch with my boyfriend who happens to be a qualified chef. We know about goo food and expect nothing less. Even if you are not able to change the size of a burger, at least treat people with the dignity that all humans deserve. Would never recommend anyone visit this store!

My Wife and I had breakfast. Our friendly waiter Shanesh was excellent. He checked up on us regularity without interrupting us. The food arrived within 5 minutes and hot too. The food was excellent quality cooked to perfection but it we Shanesh who created a nice experience. What the place might need is some light classical background music though as the centre music is a bit noisy.we Sat on table 6 had a full view of the restaurant. Other Patrons also enjoyed themselves.

I was there just before they opened and watched 3 front staff putting on makeup and talking about me waiting. Then while waiting for my food one of the waitress cleaned the top of a canned drink with her fingers before giving it to customer. Gross!

Worst wimpy, why has it not closed down by now, and replaced with something better, or an ownership change, staff need to be trained it seems like act as if they work in a tikka palace, waitresses and waiters and their friends generally sitting and having story time, burgers and buns seem as though they are sourced from checkout, and looked like it was made by a child, if u dont have a vehicle you are better off taking a taxi to another town.

Coffee was cold. The mug was dirty. The chips served was limp and cold and asked for extra gherkins on my burger came with none. On the plus side my waitress was very friendly

Ate here about a week ago, food was terrible, stale,old, flavorless, there was a cockroach on the seat, the waitress swatted the cockroach with the menus and then handed over the same menu to us. Pathetic service, food is not freshly prepared. Do not eat here!
