I generally enjoy romans pizza, but my visit to this store was pleasantly surprising, the quality of the food was amazing, the bolognaise pizza was the best I had compared to any other branch, the call in ordering is deterring though, no response ever, to any branch, dont waste your time trying to phone in, just go to the store

Simply one of my best pizza stops

If I could give this no star it would serve my heart better. I ordered a four in one pizza with Russians from Romans Pizza Chatsworth and all I got was Russians literally Russians I couldn’t even see the base no cheese nothing. I don’t know if the person that was making my order just wanted to knock off or what 😡 so much money and I had to throw it away. When I call right after my order was delivered it was closed, how convenient. Never again!

Love the pizza, the service delivery and execution however is pathetic, CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE IS NON EXISTENT! The franchise needs to invest in training and staff development or employ the right people 😉

Excellent Service ... very quick with orders

Absolutely pathetic. No system for orders and collections or Mr Delivery either. A shop that should allow 6 people due to COVID regulations has over 20 people just standing around(not including the Mr D drivers who walk in every so oftenl. Total disregard for the wellbeing and health of your customers in the middle of a pandemic.

We ordered the Hot One Pizza with ground beef but it came with something like polony on it. The manager that we called gave us terrible service and did not even apologize. Mahomed was rude and doesnt listen to the customers. We will never order from them ever again

Pizza is excellent however the seating area is poor .

Really disappointed, terrible pizza, far cry from what the Chatsworth Romans pizza used to be. Please get back to making awesome pizzas

Romans pizza i love your food but you take to long to serve

Bought 2 pizzas from them on Wednesday and waited 30 minutes for the pizza that was ready and waiting on the rack and the lady kept insisting it wasnt ready until I made a fuss and she looked properly and found it! When I got home it was cold and that was so disappointing! Wont be buying Romans pizza from chatsworth!

They dont deliver to us so this is a total no no

I love Romans Pizza because of its affordability and for its great taste.

It was quick an fast.

Place was a mess due to the construction but the food smells tops

The pizza was horrible.1 slice had mushroom and 1 did not .the cheese did not fill the pizza there were scanty amounts of toppings very disappointed.

Lovely pizza! No issues with service delivery thus far. Dont order the thick base because its slightly doughy - this is just my suggestion, everyones tastes are different.

Online ordering services have been down and unavailable on 2/3/4 October. Been calling the store to make alternate arrangements and have been on the line holding for more than 10min. Eventually after getting through, Im told to order via Mr delivery.What a useless and waste of service this store is. I dont think the employees and manager is remotely interested in working and doing business.Romans pizza , kindly address the poor service, inadequate online ordering problem...

Poor service turn around time. Waited 50 minutes for a veg pizza. Asked for a refund for two reasons 1. System was offline and more than twenty people were in the store. Your staff decided to close the doors making it difficult to breathe. Surely not a covid precaution. 2. My order was not ready after 50 minutes. Your staff member said it will be done in 30.

Best deals. Affordable, tasty and satisfying. However they should put more toppings on their beef pizzas just as they do on the chicken and veg. Fast and efficient service. Great job!

Nice place for a wide range of fast food pizzas. This is a fast food franchise so dont expect Italian pizzeria quality or experience; but then you go there for fast food in any event-right? Prices are reasonable, good specials, tasty food, friendly staff and generally a short wait for your order.

The in store service is great, however their delivery service is horrible. I live about 2km from the store and it took almost 2 hours to get a pizza delivered(and it was cold).

This is a Halal store. The store has good customer service and good standards of hygiene. They cater for vegetarian customers. This is a franchise so you will find the same menu here as any Halal Romans Pizza store. I recommend this place as one of the best fast-food outlets in Chatsworth.
