I visited the shop today. The other indian lady (aunty) walked away to the back room when we walked in. The black guy assisted. Quite rude - grumpy face, displeasing attitude. Seems like he isnt happy with his job but thats his problem. Wasnt willing to advise /inform us of the stamp /rewards program. All we were told was that we have to spend R200 or more. Had to pay for a large packet for my small handheld item. Not even a medicine paperbag.Poor service, no wonder hardly any customers are in this shop on a regular basis.Not even a hello or thank you.Rather take your money and go somewhere else.I will no longer be spending my hard earned money at this shop. Id rather spend more money, time and fuel somewhere else worthwhile.

Its close to home and stocks the brands of food I require for my pets. It also stocks other treats and pet accessories. Plus their loyalty card allows you to get a free box of treats for your pets after a certain number of stamps.

Store claims to close at 6pm. I drop by at 17:55 and system is apparently closed and they cant serve me. Really terrible service. Wont be visiting this store again.
