Sent my Yorky in for a cut . When we received him we noticed his eye was swollen and bloodshot. Phoned the owner and he was absolutely rude ,denying that it couldve happened there. Ive seen multiple reviews about injured eyes.Pathetic service qualityPlease Be Aware!!

My Yorkie came home with a badly bloodshot eye . When we phoned in was met with pathetic customer care services buy the owner. Please be aware.

My Labrador retriever is a year old and was very badly behaved. I had no hope and was sadly even going to give him away due to his destructive ways. He used to destroy our valuables including the vehicles. Classy Pet was my last and only option to teach my lab good obedience. The owner Sagren and the workers, especially the handler Agnus was extremely patient , professional and has sound knowledge on dog training. Thank you for always giving me an update on his progress and general wellbeing. Even sent videos on his progress. My lab is completely changed and I can totally see the difference after he attended the obedience course with classy pets. Thank you so much for all the help , guidance and advice in training ,not only our lab but also in changing our thought pattern on how to react to our pet. Our baby boy really received Golden treatment. Would definitely recommend you guys to those who want quality care for your pet.

Great service obviously you can expect it to take some time for the grooming as they have alot of business but they are able to accommodate. All 8 of my dogs (5 Rottweilers and 3 pekingese) come home happy and well trimmed.Ive even used classy pet care to train the dogs and its definitely worth it the dogs went from completely uncontrollable to obedient.Owners are friendly and get involved in the daily work with the dogs.

Dropped off our dog for just over a week over the December holidays. All phones(cell included) were unreachable for a majority of the duration when we wanted to check on our dogs adjustment. Upon taking my dog home I noticed she had a bloodshot eye from some sort of injury that we were not alerted to. The poor communication and the condition our dog was returned in will ensure we never make use of the services offered again

Called for a quote to clip the nails of two 5 month old lab puppies... person who answered had zero telephone etiquette and they said they need to see the dog 🙄. A quote is an average price not a binding legal contract. I wont waste my fuel driving there for bad service

We have been doing business with Classy Petcare for 17 years providing them with our range of grooming products, which we also supply nationwide. Shedding of hair could be a result of the hot winter that we are experiencing this year. I have always found the staff and owners of Classy Petcare to be friendly and highly professional.

The owners are just in it to make money they dont care how the dogs are keept or if they well taken care of. Called for the first time to send my fur baby but staff were so rude. Told me that talking on the phone is wasting time. I must bring my dog and they will decide how much to charge and if they will do the job but I must be there in less than 15mins. Then she refused to let me speak to the manager and then she put the phone down. Entire call incl being on hold was 6mins.
