Bought 2 specials of R139 plus sauce which came to just over R300. Get home and the chicken tastes like it stood for a while. The chicken was very dry and some pieces were burnt. The rolls were dry and smelled like it was stale, had a yeasty smell. I rated 1 star because the chips were nice and hot and fresh but the rest of the food no thank you never again.

Went there to get food but cancelled the order. The lady preparing the food was cleaning out the dirt and sweeping the floor while preparing the food. This during the COVID-19 pandemic, if it was up to me this branch will get new staff, as it is not I will not buy from any flameous and will definitely tell friends and family to avoid them as well. Sorry for being frank but bad hygiene in one place become a trend in the rest.

The price is advertise at R129.90 and the guy at till says R130.Also very poor service.it seams he is doing this to all customers, at the end of the day it adds up to a lot.

I will give good credit for the chicken. But the service is terrible. I ordered a full chicken hlf mild and hlf hot but I ended up with half hot and a quarter hot😠they did not even bring the other half for me which was for child and on top of that they ignored all of my calls. Ive been a weekly customer now never again will I support such terrible etiquette people

Living in bluff i always support flame ous. Not anymore. They say they are same as barcellos but its not the case. Service is terrible the ladies working at fhe counter think.they are doing the customer a favor by serving them with their bad attitude.the chicken is always not done properly more like half fried then covered in sauce. They dont do what the customer asks for. Dont know the.meaning of extea sauce even told.them to charge me but dont listen.Dont waste ur hard earned money at this placeGave them another chance wasted my money again their chicken has gone worse utter rubbish food and dont be fooled this is not Barcellos

Tried the galleria branch , food 100 percent , service by waitress terrible , gave us empty bottle of sauce , no smile , not interested in customer satisfaction .
